I had an Arby's craving, so i stopped here. This location needs a scrubbing We ordered the 2 for one chicken and a beef,a full bourbon combo, no bacon with regular fries. Do you know they got every part of that wrong, some not even in the bag I had to protest to get it corrected

can't really review the place because the employees are never actually there when i get off my shift and need dinner. the final two hours of every night i haven't been able to order bc nobody's there, 3 visits in a row.
so *shrug* you'll have to tell me how the food is, i guess.

The beef and cheddar was a soggy mess, I ordered potato cakes but got soggy curly fries in the bag. The turnover was also undercooked ? Tried to call but they don't answer the phone. Won't be eating there again.

Drove up to the drive thru a employee was outside talking to his friend 3 cars in line waiting to give there order 5mins went by no one waiting on me employee goes back in restaurant comes back out and tells everyone the power is getting fix they can't serve food I drive around to leave and all the lights was on working fine ì work late hrs and look forward to having a sandwich and I come to your establishment a couple of times a night and I probably still will I like your roast beef but if it's going to be like that I'll just go somewhere else to get my sandwich thank you

Alright, this isn't a 5-star dining experience. I'm rating it as a fast food place. Sandwiches were WAY better than I remember/expect from Arby's. Personnel were like real pros. Prompt flawless service, while giving the impression they're glad to do it.
Next time you tell me to pull over to the side of your messed up parking lot even though there was only 1 other person behind and NOT BUSY (which I should just be able to just wait at the window) MAKE SURE YOU GIVE ME FRESH FRIES TOO! waited all that time for just 1 gyro to be made? And you couldn't even give me fresh fries? Really Arby's? You guys more expensive than the other fast food places, even McDonald's would give me fresh hot fries with no wait and a busy line... I got 2 COLD, sitting out hard as rock fries .. not happy. Wasn't even busy and it was 900 at night. . What's up with that? Never again.

I ordered a gyro at the speaker and was in and out in less then 5 minutes. It was so hot a fresh I burned my tongue but it was so worth it Great service
