We went to the drive thru at 10:25PM, waited in the drive through until 10:39 with nobody acknowledging us. There were employees, they looked at us through the windows, but ignored us. There were three cars behind us. Don’t waste your time like us.
Closed at 10:30 and it says 12 on google and there was someone in there cleaning

It's Arby's. It's not usually ever very busy here. The quality is normal for Arby's, it's standardized and normal, well within the franchise standards... No problems with this location, no issues... Arby's. ..

Got me b my kid 2 orders of tenders and fries and only got 1 bbq and they had me pull to the side of the building so when I asked for me he simply jus didn’t come back out

The food was very cold
Don't get me wrong The food was good but when I'm paying for hot food I expect hot food not cold food almost as if it was sitting out all day it wasn't even warm
As far as the service goes there was a couple in the restaurant eating We walked in we approached the register to have our order taken a woman comes from outside walks right in in front of us and she was waiting on before us and she literally pulled in the lot because she almost ran us over
She was some kind of a Uber eats delivery person
Pretty damn rude if you ask me
So the service here SUCKS....
I will say this though
The restaurant was very clean as well as the bathrooms very very clean and neat
That was about the only thing going for this place It's cleanliness

The manager who was attempting to run everything was very nice but, they shouldn’t have to do that, every time I come here, it’s very understaffed. I know they are trying the best they can but Arby’s corporate needs to give them more staff or send people to help because even when they are working their fastest it took almost half an hour to get our food

I told the guy at the front I would answer his survey but I lost my receipt. I'm sorry this was the best I could do. I got 4 gyros and 3 shakes and they were delicious. The fellow at the register was very friendly, The joint was spick n span and the bathroom was maintained.
