Went to this place and used a 5 for 5 coupon....lol....hardly any roast beef on all 5 sandwiches. I'm done with this place. Luckily BK reopened down the street.

The daytime manager is amazing as well as the night manager my food is always fresh and never wrong and their very pleasant and timely the gyros are my fav ? I have been living over here for two years and it’s the only fast food place I have never had a problem and their food is ? not to mention the floor is always clean ?? do not sleep on them

Absolutely ridiculous, had me wait 40 minutes in the drive thru (what part of this is convienent or fast?) And still managed to mess up my 2 item order, no cheddar on my beef and cheddar...it's literally beef and cheddar on a bun what is so difficult? Not like it's food that a person plans on eating or anything..huh what a thought...The actual audacity to charge $8+ for beef on a soggy bun what an absolute joke, thank you for reminding me EXACTLY why I don't eat fast food anymore. I personally can not wait until this 'job' becomes fully automated.

It's Arby's food so judge that how you will. The employees seem overworked and stressed out. I feel rushed when I order and it makes me anxious to leave and get out of their way. They're nice but seem unhappy.

Service is horrible. Walk in the door and they tell you straight away that you're going to be waiting a while. This is strange since we were the only customers inside. Overall dirty inside.

Update! I was just on Facebook and saw my friend posted this. Be warned everyoneI pulled into ARBYS on Noblestown road to grab my son something to eat I’m at the window watching this dude make joeys food. He licked his fingers. I said oh hell no. I don’t want that food. let me get my money back and go elsewhere. His words to me was “I mean if you saw it you saw it.” I was like hell yea I saw it I’m not trying to be a Karen but my kid won’t eat your spit on his food bro. Took my 12$ back and said I’ll never go there again.

Very unaware of what the issue the drive thru worker has. But, the attitude and unprofessionalism this woman displays is sickening to say the least. Your dealing with the general public!!! If you hate your job so much, then get out of the industry and pick a job where you don't have to interact with people, especially in food service. And if the woman is a manager, definitely need manager training edict 101 and a reality check.We use this drive thru a lot for work, and though it won't matter, all 45 of my employees will be advised not to use this Arby's due to the poor behavior.
