Hit or miss experiences. It has really gone downhill this year. But it’s still ice cream.
I will never order from this place again. I witnessed them handling the banana with bare hands, no gloves—totally unhygienic. While the ice cream is delicious, this practice is disgusting. ? They also charge extra for credit card payments if you don’t have cash. Overall, if you’re disgusted by such things, this place is not for you. Seeing someone not wearing gloves and touching your food is unacceptable. I eat with my eyes before I eat with my mouth.

I love this place. The ice cream is top notch. The food is the typical "after tee-ball treat." Honestly, it's amazing. The staff is great! I went to a different local ice cream place and thought maybe Crafton Ice Cream had a competitor.... not even close. NOTHING IS AS GOOD AS CRAFTON ICE CREAM!Also, I wanted to add that the brunette, younger girl, a little bit shorter... love her! She's great! We always come down there later in the evening and we always see her and are greeted with a smile and warmth from her! Someone please tell her she's awesome!
