I hate to leave reviews, in fact this is my second review I have ever left in my life. I went to this location yesterday and ordered myself a hot caramel craze latte, medium. I was rushing to get back to college down the road and pulled out before checking anything. I took a sip and it was literally 50% or less full. This drink was almost $5. A complete rip off and I will never be visiting a DD again. This is the last time you guys will scam me. Seriously disappointed.

Picked up my order from drive through. As usual, the quality of the donut was very poor. Ordered a jelly donut. The only jelly was the dot someone purposely put on where the hole was to be. There was no other jelly. Lately this place has been horrible. Time to fo elsewhere. McDonald's now sells Krispy Kream. Guess that is my new go to. By Felicia!

You have a cashier who doesn't listen to anything you are asking for. She or he looks all over the place rather then paying attention to your order. My sister's coffee got picked up by a lady and rather then remaking her drink he told the lady to give it to my sister like I'm sorry but that's not sanitary at all , this place is literally a nightmare and the employees are horrid .

IGNORE IGNORE NEVER GIVEN 1 star review in any restaurant, but this place do not go. Donuts not filled , it looks like someone hate their job, donut doesnt look like a donut. . Service - waited 5 mins on line and with 6 employees, 2 employees on phone, doesnt care who is waiting in line - Bad communication between the team - coffee taste like it's been sitting there for few hours -Bugs flying around - bathroom door is messed up, once it locked inside, you have to push it hard to open. I TOLD 4 diff employees for my sandwich, also was on receipt, still messed it up after waiting for 10 extra minutes Lastly, STORE IS NOT CLEAN! Coffee spots on table, counter tops, dust on the floor ! AGAIN, DONT COME HERE!

I go here quite often however the last several times I've been here the frosted donuts (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla) have so little frosting on them that basically it is a dry plain donut. Very discouraged and unhappy recently with the quality of food.

This Dunkin has declined so much the last few months. I usually stop a few times a week before work and lately almost every single time my order is wrong. From being given the wrong drink to being have cashiers and managers be completely careless that it was wrong. When I approached the manager on duty about the yet again issue (the third one this week) she seemed not only as if she didn’t care but that she just flat didn’t mind it was wrong and it was normal. She said and I quote “yeah I don’t know there’s not a lot I can say or do about that”. I mentioned quality control had severally gone down and she truly seemed as if she could care less. Such a bummer. This was at one point my go to coffee spot. -10/10 do not suggest this location.
Its dangerous with traffic drive thru ppl are cutting in line .twi ways in confusing. The in store parking is in way of the drive thru people cant back out and drive thru is blocked. The french donuts are stale, and the staff stands stares in store and drive thru when tip option is shown like theyre wanting more. Ill tip fairly when people are nice and food is correct. But for tossing a donut in a bag and a drink rudely and standing wanting tip is rude.

Morning crew is the best around town! Hands down! Afternoon and evening crew are horrible! Not so much the staff but the managing. I spend allot of money there every week to just keep getting hung up on. When they do answer. "When" my order is never ready the next morning. I'm lucky that the morning staff knows me enough to have it ready. They deserve some credit! Great people. I don't know who works evenings or afternoons but it's a joke. Thank you morning crew!

Dunkin has went downhill the last few years and I can see why. Their coffee is so weak and watered down that my black cold brew looks like iced tea. Definitely overpriced, $4.29, for the quality I received. Drive the extra mile to the nearest Starbucks.
