My family dropped here today to get two iced coffees and two doughnuts from the drive-through. The coffee was watered down, and the doughnuts were hard. The coffee looked like ice tea. Food is no longer inexpensive, so check out your food before leaving the drive-through. I rate them out of 2/10 because the manager didn't want to correct our issue. Bad manager!

Ordered the sourdough sandwich with bacon and it came with the bread half burnt(charcoal) and barely 2 pieces of bacon. I had to remake the sandwich when it got here. I shouldn’t have to do that.

I recently went to the DD in Crafton on Foster Avenue. I just wanted a medium caramel mocha with extra cream, no sugar. Bailey waited on me and I have to say, it was so pleasant! He was sweet and kind and engaging! I even came back in to give a tip! Thank you Bailey! You ROCK!

I’m really not one to leave reviews, but I have been to so many dunkins to grab coffee in the morning, and this one is going to be my go-to from now on. The employee working the drive thru (I forgot to look at her name tag!) was so wonderful and kind. I could hear the staff inside laughing together and could see that they were getting their jobs done while still having a great time together.
It was a last minute decision to swing by and grab coffee quickly (which was also really good!), it was super quick service, and it ended up being a really great start to my day. Their energy and positivity was contagious 🥰🥰

I hate to leave reviews, in fact this is my second review I have ever left in my life. I went to this location yesterday and ordered myself a hot caramel craze latte, medium. I was rushing to get back to college down the road and pulled out before checking anything. I took a sip and it was literally 50% or less full. This drink was almost $5. A complete rip off and I will never be visiting a DD again. This is the last time you guys will scam me. Seriously disappointed.

Picked up my order from drive through. As usual, the quality of the donut was very poor. Ordered a jelly donut. The only jelly was the dot someone purposely put on where the hole was to be. There was no other jelly. Lately this place has been horrible. Time to fo elsewhere. McDonald's now sells Krispy Kream. Guess that is my new go to. By Felicia!

You have a cashier who doesn't listen to anything you are asking for. She or he looks all over the place rather then paying attention to your order. My sister's coffee got picked up by a lady and rather then remaking her drink he told the lady to give it to my sister like I'm sorry but that's not sanitary at all , this place is literally a nightmare and the employees are horrid .

IGNORE IGNORE NEVER GIVEN 1 star review in any restaurant, but this place do not go. Donuts not filled , it looks like someone hate their job, donut doesnt look like a donut. . Service - waited 5 mins on line and with 6 employees, 2 employees on phone, doesnt care who is waiting in line - Bad communication between the team - coffee taste like it's been sitting there for few hours -Bugs flying around - bathroom door is messed up, once it locked inside, you have to push it hard to open. I TOLD 4 diff employees for my sandwich, also was on receipt, still messed it up after waiting for 10 extra minutes Lastly, STORE IS NOT CLEAN! Coffee spots on table, counter tops, dust on the floor ! AGAIN, DONT COME HERE!

I go here quite often however the last several times I've been here the frosted donuts (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla) have so little frosting on them that basically it is a dry plain donut. Very discouraged and unhappy recently with the quality of food.
