Will not be returning here; Never give bad reviews but this is a chain so feel less guilty. Save your time/frustration.
Don’t order if you need to be somewhere/want right order without a crazy back and forth. Also the coffee is very watered down and if you ask for extra coffee/shot so it’s not just milky water, or if you ask for part of your order they forgot, they are rude & let’s face it most people don’t have time to go back and forth in the morning/when getting Dunkin.

I went through the drive through yesterday morning and the woman taking our order was extremely rude. She messed up our order and when we went back around to tell them nicely to please correct it, she was super aggressive and mad at us for their mistake. It seems that it would be super helpful for any fast food service team like this to take a quick lesson on customer service. After a hard day it’s way nicer to be treated with kindness at a drive through on my way home than an attitude of annoyance.
My family dropped here today to get two iced coffees and two doughnuts from the drive-through. The coffee was watered down, and the doughnuts were hard. The coffee looked like ice tea. Food is no longer inexpensive, so check out your food before leaving the drive-through. I rate them out of 2/10 because the manager didn't want to correct our issue. Bad manager!

Ordered the sourdough sandwich with bacon and it came with the bread half burnt(charcoal) and barely 2 pieces of bacon. I had to remake the sandwich when it got here. I shouldn’t have to do that.

I recently went to the DD in Crafton on Foster Avenue. I just wanted a medium caramel mocha with extra cream, no sugar. Bailey waited on me and I have to say, it was so pleasant! He was sweet and kind and engaging! I even came back in to give a tip! Thank you Bailey! You ROCK!

I’m really not one to leave reviews, but I have been to so many dunkins to grab coffee in the morning, and this one is going to be my go-to from now on. The employee working the drive thru (I forgot to look at her name tag!) was so wonderful and kind. I could hear the staff inside laughing together and could see that they were getting their jobs done while still having a great time together.
It was a last minute decision to swing by and grab coffee quickly (which was also really good!), it was super quick service, and it ended up being a really great start to my day. Their energy and positivity was contagious 🥰🥰
