The inside is small with 2 tables to sit down & eat. That’s the only “downside” to this place. The pictures don’t do the food justice!! So, for starters, I order from the wrong location! 24 minutes away from me 🤦🏽♀️. They did not make a big deal of it. I wish I had gotten his name, but didn’t 🤦🏽♀️. The young man that worked the front counter has AMAZING customer service skills. He just got a picture of my order & remade everything at their location!!!! How awesome is that??!! & rare 🤯🤯! The quality of the food is also AMAZING! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur 😆 & every bit of the food is great & so fresh tasting. Dough is perfect, soft & yummy. Cheeses are fresh & tasty. Try their garlic sauce(so freaking good)!

Dissapointed with the Philly steak hoagie very bland no flavor just basically shredded steak meat and cheese Wiz very little onions & mushrooms. The supreme steak hoagie I'll stick to for now on. Still love the pizza. But yall miss the mark with hoagie though.

World's Okayest Pizza! This pizza is truly magical in it's level of befuddlement. It's simultaneously neither good nor bad. It offers you the opportunity to eat pizza that looks good but tastes like nothing - kind of like diet pizza? But with all the calories? Or like if an alien species studied Earth's food and created pizza only knowing what it looks like but having never tried it.
I've ordered several times despite my opinion because it's so nondescript I forget how I feel about it until I'm eating it. Location is convenient for when I'm at the park with my kids and they start whining about being hungry and I realize I don't want to put any effort into feeding them.

Hello! I had an unpleasant encounter with your staff at the Crafton location. I placed an online order and paid by card. I get a call about my order about 10 minutes after placing it. To my surprise it was the order taker/cashier person calling to ask me if I was going to tip the driver. The driver insisted on the young lady calling me and asking that I gave him a tip before he delivered my food, because “this was his last stop of the night.” Mind you this is all taking place in between 7-8pm. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Highly rude and insensitive to have the audacity to call anyone’s phone asking about a tip on a service that has not been, to my knowledge completed at the restaurant. To me that means so many things. What if I didn’t give the amount they expected and they tampered with my food? Completely out of line to call a customer and ask for a tip before you give a service. I have never in my life had this experience. I have plenty professional years of customer service as well many years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Specifically being a hostess and server/waitress. I know what customer service looks like and how it is handled. Thank you for the good times, but I suggest you fix your staff. Very bad business practices. Please have my refund in my account. I know that the calls are recorded so we can pull the tapes just so you can hear how foul your employees truly are.. I’m sure I’m not the only one they called. Oh and one last thing. I was waiting to get my receipt which I also never received to sign and tip once I had my food. I also had cash on hand to give. Stay humble.
Placed a order waited over two hours to feed my children dinner only to call the store and they lied by telling me the driver came but never did and they also put the wrong phone number in the system so they never called me and canceled my order. Then proceeded to tell me they can redo my order but they did not have a driver at the time smh worst experience ever will not shop here again!

We ordered a pizza from the Crafton store and they said it would take about an hour. After over an hour I called to check on the status. They put me on hold to check on it and never came back. I continued to call back several times and they would not pick up the phone. I finally called Shadyside and the manager there said the would call the Crafton store and get to the bottom of it. After 2.5 hours the Crafton store finally called me back and offered to remake the pizza at which point I cancelled the order If you want pizza in a reasonable time frame, avoid this place.
