We ordered a pizza from the Crafton store and they said it would take about an hour. After over an hour I called to check on the status. They put me on hold to check on it and never came back. I continued to call back several times and they would not pick up the phone. I finally called Shadyside and the manager there said the would call the Crafton store and get to the bottom of it. After 2.5 hours the Crafton store finally called me back and offered to remake the pizza at which point I cancelled the order If you want pizza in a reasonable time frame, avoid this place.

First time trying out their pizza tonight. Great pizza at a great price. The shop smells amazing inside. The $10.99 deal is unbeatable! Probably my new go-to place in Pittsburgh.
Forgot our pepperoni rolls. That was all one guest ordered. Gyro salad was so salty between the incredible salt in the meat and the feta.

I haven’t been here but i start all places off as a 5 star in my mind before i finish my experience. Wherever the rating ends up is because pf the establishment. I ordered you alfredo via DoorDash. It was edible to say the most.
The pasta was a bit undercooked: the flour was still evidently tasting in the pasta as if the insides had not been cooked through yet. The sauce was more pasta water than sauce. I seems this “alfredo” sauce consisted of pasta water, a little bit say 2:10 parts cream, flour, salt, pepper, and potentially a small amount of garlic… probably due to me dipping the bread in the sauce though. There was no parmesan taste to this alfredo sauce, the sauce simply looks creamy because of the consistency of the sauce which is easily created when you use the pasta water and cream to make a mild roux. The taste of this sauce is salt, water, pasta, and a hint of cream. Very underwhelming and disappointing. Somewhat disgusting for a full continuous meal. Will not be ordering from here again. Pizza Parma Downtown is still in the lead when it comes to Alfredo in Pittsburgh in my book out of all the restaurants i have tried.
