As Honeymooners we were looking for a place near by that had good Italian food! We are glad we chose Bassos. When we got there we didn’t know we had to have a reservation but the kind hostess was able to get us a table. Our server I forget her name but she was awesome!!! Food was outstanding the homemade sangria was amazing as well!! Definitely recommend this place we will be sure to reserve a seat next time !!

Very welcoming, excellent food and service. Our server was knowledgeable and very helpful. Nowadays it is rare to find a restaurant that is not afraid to season their food. Bravo to the chef! We had an excellent meal starting with warm bread and fresh bruschetta that had lots of garlic then clams oreganata(not your typical breaded and baked) in a great sauce. Then a pasta Bolognese and a pasta Michelangelo. Both dishes were a pleasure! The servings were very large. Btw the Cosmo was excellent also. We have eaten in many so called excellent restaurants that are so busy making beautiful presentations but serve tasteless food this little restaurant managed to do it all.

So, we went to this place for the first time. The ambiance was really nice, and the servers were super attentive. We started with the mussels and an eggplant dish as an appetizer, and the mussels were incredible. You have to try the Chicken Scarpariello; it was delicious. I also had a bite of my wife's pork chop, which was another great choice. We ended the meal with the Tiramisu, which was like eating a cloud. But, I have to warn you, stay away from the old fashioned. I mean, how can you mess up a drink with only three ingredients? But they did. It was the worst old fashioned I've ever had. Stick to the wine and you can't go wrong. I will be back.

Went here after years of hearing how good it is and it did not disappoint in the slightest. I got a plate of seafood pasta that was bigger than my head and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the Zuppa di Pesce and the Shrimp 390, the garlic sauce in the latter was insanely good. Meatballs and Eggplant Capone were also amazing but you’ll 100% be coming home with at least a few boxes. Tiramisu was some of the best I’ve had, very intense coffee flavor and delicious marscapone topping. Also had amazing service from Samantha, she was very helpful, explaining multiple of the items on the menu for us. 10/10 would highly recommend
