Ordered 2 dozen donuts on app to pick up. Customized the dozens on ones my family eats. Both of the dozens were filled with things I didn't order or that thwy would eat. Ripped me off for the 25.00 it cost for it!

I got an order from them on DoorDash and I ordered the new cereal, milk, coffee, and it literally just tasted like regular coffee like they didn’t even put anything in it. Then I got a Matcha and it didn’t even taste like Matcha. It just tasted like milk. It was super light. And to top it all off, I got food, A bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and there was a giant burnt bit on it and I just can’t believe they would serve it to me like that. This Dunkin needs to do better seems like they have an issue.

Waste of time and money!! I've given this location a chance several times and each time I am disappointed. Stale donuts, drinks never made correctly, food is scarce with product, and the worst part is the attitude from staff (Good luck using your free reward they will try to tell you espresso is extra). The older lady in the drive through is awful, rude and when I asked for a light ice drink, i was handed a drink filled full with ice, I kindly informed her I asked for light ice. She proceeded to turn around pick ice out of the drink and handed it back to me, half full. This is not the first encounter with her and she runs customers away and you can see her staff are not happy with her. I will never return to this locatiom and will continue to go out of my way to drive 6 more miles to the Bensalem Dunkin where i receive much better service and products!

My friends and I came this past Monday and had a very rude experience as we were placing our orders. We asked the cashier that was assisting us if we were allowed to use more than one reward for the transaction and she said yes. However, a older lady behind the counter approached the cashier and out of no where just raised her voice at my friend even shocking the cashier. The situation was my friend had redeemed her rewards on her app to use in person for her order. She had 3 rewards the cashier allowed her to use. However, the older lady (which we found out was the wife of the owner of this location) once she saw this, had her voice raised and said no no no, you cannot do that. You cannot use 3 coupons. The cashier & my friend specified no, these are rewards she earned, not coupons. The lady persisted to speak in a raised voice while there were other patrons in the store waiting and seated.

As this was my first time at this location, I was shocked as my friends visiting out of town had such a rude experience first thing in the morning. This will be my last time visiting this location and only reason I gave this a 2 stars was the other staffs were nice throughout the experience. I cannot believe this older lady thought it was okay to do that in any situation regardless of it being a business scenario. Be a kind human being nonetheless, there was a better way to approach this.

The manger of this store decided that instead of giving me the drink I ordered through the app he decided to give me what he wanted. I was paying an extra 50 cents for my coffee milk which the app gives you as an option he instead decided to give me oat milk never again will I be ordering from this Dunkin store again. I see why people pay their money and go to Starbucks and I have never had an issue especially if I wasn’t satisfied with my drink. All I asked was to give me what I ordered and he decided to give me what he wanted . I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Besides Dunkin is getting as expensive as Starbucks anyway. Goodbye

The owner is mean. He is very degrading and he yelled at me when he was wrong. When he found out he was wrong, he didn't even apologize. He told my husband to shut up. Is that professional? We will never go there again!
