The manger of this store decided that instead of giving me the drink I ordered through the app he decided to give me what he wanted. I was paying an extra 50 cents for my coffee milk which the app gives you as an option he instead decided to give me oat milk never again will I be ordering from this Dunkin store again. I see why people pay their money and go to Starbucks and I have never had an issue especially if I wasn’t satisfied with my drink. All I asked was to give me what I ordered and he decided to give me what he wanted . I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Besides Dunkin is getting as expensive as Starbucks anyway. Goodbye

The owner is mean. He is very degrading and he yelled at me when he was wrong. When he found out he was wrong, he didn't even apologize. He told my husband to shut up. Is that professional? We will never go there again!

And they still have no clue how to make anything with espresso. If you get an espresso drink they let the ice completely melt so you end up with a $6 watered down coffee that’s weaker then their drip.

The worst Dunkin’. I was so excited for a Dunkin’ to open in croydon with a drive through. They’ve messed my order up each and ever time over ordered here. They’re constantly out of things. Please get it together. This place should be like every other Dunkin and it’s just awful

Honestly, I wish I had something nice to say about this location but I can’t bring myself to lie. This location is a TRAIN WRECK. I try to give them shots to see if they’ve gotten better but that has yet to happen. I know I should stop going but I try to give them a fighting chance. I’ve only had my order right exactly 1 time. Every other time they give my the absolute wrong orders. I strongly recommend going to a different location and not to waste your money here.

This place needs to get it together! The staff is nice, but extremely slow, and it always seems chaotic. There is always a line in the drive-thru because there is always a problem or a delay. It's a shame because it's right around the corner from home, but I avoid it because it's actually inconvenient to stop there.

I order the same thing at other Dunkins. This location it's always made poorly. Highly suggest going out of your way to a different location.

I don’t how this DD is just consistently bad, I always give it another chance every few months and it never gets better. This time I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a everything bagel. The bagel wasn’t even toasted and tasted like it was 3 days old. Eggs were under cooked and cheese wasn’t even melted. Coffee is always sour, meaning its not brewed right. I know times are tough but come on, $10 for coffee and a bagel, we should at least get what we pay for.
