Waited over 14 minutes for my mobile order to only have my Hash-browns ice cold. I understand they were super busy but the reason for mobile orders is to have the convenience of getting it faster than having to wait in the drive-through. It’s just unacceptable the amount of money you pay for fast food and it’s not even really fast.

I stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts tonight around 6:00 after I got a haircut and I ordered a small Dunkin midnight black and when I got my coffee like always I open the lid look for grinds and I smell it and then I taste it and it wasn't Dunkin midnight and so I said this isn't Dunkin midnight and some lady said we don't make Dunkin midnight at this time of the day we just put an espresso shot in our original blend so I said to her that's not what I ordered I ordered Dunkin midnight that's not great service that is lying to a customer I'm an auto mechanic and I work at a shop that sells parts too and if you come in and ask for Raybestos ceramic brakes and you get a box with Raybestos on it and then you open it and see that you got Raybestos metallic brakes in it that's not really fair and that's the same thing that this Dunkin' Donuts did don't go there they lie to their customers I asked for a refund and I got my refund. I'll just stick to the Dunkin' Donuts that is 5 minutes from where I live in West Pittston they always make the Dunkin midnight for me anytime of day.

I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ for a long time, usually stopping in once or twice a day. The location is great, and most of the staff are hardworking and kind. That’s why it’s so disappointing to see how Landon (if I have his name right) treats people when he’s working.

His attitude toward some of the employees is flat-out unacceptable. I’ve witnessed girls crying after dealing with him, and one even told me directly that he’s mean and catty. It’s not just “tough love” or a bad day—this is ongoing behavior that’s hurting morale and creating a toxic environment.

As someone who works in HR, I can tell you this kind of treatment may seem small on the surface, but it has a huge impact. Good employees don’t stay in hostile work environments, and customers notice when the atmosphere shifts. I certainly have.

No one asked me to write this—I’m doing it because I hate to see a good team dragged down. But if nothing changes, I’ll take my business to the other Dunkin’ up the street.

I typically have a good experience with this location and it is my go to but I want to compliment the young crew that was working 8/7 night shift. I pulled up around 759 and with no hesitation, they made me a drink that was phenomenal and they were all super pleasant and demonstrated excellent customer service although they were closing in one minute which makes me happy as many of the younger generation has no service etiquette. These kids were truly a pleasure and I was able to enjoy a late, much warranted good drink. Great job to the crew that was working tonight. You are appreciated

Management needs to work on training the Younger crew members (high schoolers) about customer service and ettiquette. Had to make the member remake the coffee order as it became cold and crew member who had clocked out of shift was smirking with others..

I don't typically make reviews because I usually think they get ignored. This probably will be. Management is lacking with its employees etiquette and attitude, as a customer I could visibly see them gossiping rather than working. One short girl there was very much making fun of customers while the others did their jobs. Only good worker I experienced there was a blonde girl and a boy with a mask on, very sweet and polite when taking my orders. Management should work harder on making sure their employees do their jobs instead of gossiping.

dunkin has really gone down hill this past year, i can’t rely on any dunkin in the nepa area anymore for my drink being made correctly. what’s most frustrating is that they never add any syrup/cold foam in my drinks, which i always order and pay for. this dunkin in dallas, however, really stands out to me. tonight i got a sabrina’s brown sugar shaken espresso, which comes with brown sugar syrup. i took a sip and it was just espresso and milk, there was nothing sweet in it at all. i also did not order my drink with less ice, so tell me why my drink was only filled up to an INCH below the top of the cup? this is the second time in a month this has happened to me at this particular dunkin. the first time this happened i ordered an iced latte with the holiday cookie syrup and the cookie cold foam. it obviously didn’t have any cold foam on it when they handed it to me, so i asked them for it and they put some on. i drove away and tasted the latte, and the only sweet thing in it was the cold foam. i walked into the dunkin this time and said they didn’t put any of the syrup i ordered in it. i guess i didn’t get the name of the syrup correctly, because they acted like they didn’t know what it was while i described it, and then they just corrected me verbally and made me a new drink without saying a word. like … sorry you made my drink entirely wrong? beyond disappointed and frustrated with dunkin in general recently.

The only Dunkin’ location that refuses to do pup cups… “sanitary reasons” in the drive thru? Just say you hate dogs. Service also sucks

Like others the kiosk system is atrocious. Have greatly slowed down going to Dunkin especially now that so many better more personable coffee shops with registers have opened in Back Mountain.
But how is it possible that every single time we do stop and give it another shot the order is ALWAYS WRONG , and the staff looks at you like you with absolute confusion. It was once the best run Dunkin IMO in the area, now it's positively the worst. I have never once in probably a year received the right order.

The manager, Donna, there this morning 10/17/24 was extremely poor and rude to my wife, arguing with her over a free donut ordered through the app? The store was experiencing technical problems that morning and manager was ill equipped to handle problems and stressful situations. Donna is probably better suited to a job that does not deal with the public.

First priority should be caring for the customer, if it came down to handing out free stuff for an hour, customers are cared for and they will be back tomorrow to order the same stuff. Donna could not see the forest through the trees. She was unable to take a step back and look at the big picture.

I would not recommend this location until they get a leadership change . However, two lobby employees, Zach and Shay, exceeded expectations to care for the customer when the morning went array. They were better in stressful situations than their boss👍
