I arrived early for my pickup order and had to wait for it to be completed. Even though I arrived early for the expected pick up time, an employee approached me while I was waiting and apologized for the delay as well as offering to help my wait. Outstanding service! My order was then expedited and came out earlier than expected. Couldn’t ask for better customer service during what was only a 5 minute wait while I was 15 minutes earlier than my pickup time. Way to go for all...
The food here is fantastic. Always spot on. That being said...the team on in the evenings are surly, and rude. I arrived at 8:27pm to eyerolling from a certain person behind the counter. Yes I know it's close to closing. But it was only 2 sandwiches. I apologized for being close to closing. No acknowledgement. I thanked profusely. No acknowledgement. I apologized again. Same result.If you go during the day...that team is happy to be there and make you a slamming sammich....
