Absolutely rude. I door dash for this business regularly, and I don't understand why they are completely unprofessional.

Fantastic bottle of Coke. It was the only thing they forgot to microwave but im glad theyre saving money only giving a half a glass of ice. They also put on a fantastic show. You could hear the chefs and the staff screaming the entire meal. What fun! And wow did our food come out fast. If you're looking for a rustic restaurant that looks like the health department should have shut it down in the 1950's, look no further. Perfect for the Halloween season, the lights even began to flicker throughout our meal every time the beep from the microwave in the back was turned on. The menus are duct taped together so your kids will love playing with them and they even have a disclaimer inside the menu saying they can change the price of anything on the menu when you go to pay. It's a thrill to discover the amount the're charging you after you eat. Plus, there's a 3% fee for using a credit card. I can see why they charge the 3%...microwaves and the electric bill must be really expensive and this place really needs the help. In total, we got two meals and our bill was $60. It's a shame so many people came to the front door, looked in, and ran away from the place when we were inside. I think they're missing out on a truly unique experience.

Best Chinese restaurant! You can't go wrong, no matter what you order. Quiet, cool atmosphere. A respite from the crazy world. Try their Vegetable Dumplings. Out of this world! And their egg rolls are large and crunchy!

Great vegetables. They don't over cook them so they still have texture. The sauces are really good, especially the brown sauce.

One complaint, this is a restaurant and the ladies room is never open. It's always out of order. I drive from Wilkes Barre (not a long drive but a drive) to enjoy their food and then after our meal, I have to go somewhere else to use the restroom. What's with that? Are they too lazy to clean it, too poor to get it fixed. I always thought restaurants with seating were required to offer restrooms to their customers?

I ordered General Tsp’s Chicken Pecking chef style because it said not battered (see photo). When I called to say they gave me a fried version they said no that’s how it always comes. I explained their website says something different and asked for a steamed chicken instead. The owner said we are sorry but we will not swap it out.

They also gave me the wrong noodles which they acknowledged the mistake on and said they couldn’t swap out either.

After 10 minutes on the phone asking for a refund, they said no and to contact the website. When I researched the website it says any issues contact the restaurant.

Apparently they really need the money more than customer service. Worst part, I gave them a tip to help out a local business. I’ll head back across the road to Shang Hi, they have better crab Rangoons according to my wife, anyway.

What a joke of a Wednesday and a waste of money.

The woman who gives you your order is very unfriendly. She seems annoyed when you ask her for a napkin or a fork. You should have someone with the more genial personality working at your front desk.

I have been going to Peking Chef my whole life ever since I was a little girl they used to know me by phone number and they still do. The quality of the food has always been consistent and in my book its 5 star cuisine that never disappoints. The atmosphere is very nostalgic to me as it has always looked the same which is perfect just the way it I'dand always clean such a nice place.

The quality of their Chinese food is excellent. They have soy free and celiac friendly options that I can always count on when ordering for a super sensitive friend. My go to Chinese restaurant in Dallas.
