Although this is the fastest Wendy's, that I've ever been to, and they have never made a mistake on my order. There was no line at 1130 pm. But I felt rushed to order. feeling anxiety to choose quickly, continuously saying Did you decide?" How can I help you?Do you know what you want to order. Is that all? Is that all? Will that be all? is there anything else? Will that be all was very frustrating, to say the least! It was an impulse decision while driving by, and I was grateful they were open as generally I know what I want to eat But that took away greatly from the experience

When I wake up in the morning I think about this place. Every night I go to sleep I dream about this place. I dream about the food, the service, and even the sodas. I love this place so much I decided it would be best if I dropped out of college so I have more time to go to this establishment. The warmth and love I feel when I take my first step through the door is what I have been searching for my whole life.

We asked for a senior discount on an order over $20 for two seniors and another when placing order at the drive thru. At the payment window, we were told that we cannot get a 10% discount on orders greater than $20. Why not just give $2 off the total order if greater than $20? How many grandparents order for grands with them? The service rep was also disrespectful when asked about discount despite being requested and not acknowledged when placing the order. Perhaps we should place two separate orders???
Food was quite good though. And the reps spoke clearly through the drive thru intercoms and were patient while we decided, which was quite helpful and kind.
Almost all Wendy's are dumps these days. Not the Dallas Wendy's. Kudos to management! The store is clean, restrooms are clean, the servers are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I saw four people wiping down surfaces between jobs. The manager and their team need to be trainers for all Wendy's.

Used their kiosk to order, specifically order the cranberry pecan grill chicken salad, special instructions....NO blue cheese crumbles, a soda, single burger & small fry. 3 minutes in was told they have no cranberries. Ask for tomato pieces, they agreed. Got to work BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES under the chicken. Wasted my lunch break. 0 stars not an option

I belive Wendy's burgers are the tastiest, but I hate the presentation, which is unlike what is shown on TV commercials. My experience with Wendy's, Burger King and McDonalds are similar, in that the burgers are thrown together in a haphazard method. Burger hanging off the bun on one side and the tomato on the other, mayo slapped on with a paint brush and FLAT as hell. Americans tend to have low expectations when it comes to fast food products. A burger that is a quarter inch thick is unacceptable.
Is it possible to get a burger that looks like the one presented on the commercials? Could the burgers be placed on a plate for eat-in dinning? I would pay a little more. And for god sakes could you add Milkshakes to the menu, nothing goes better with a burger and fries.?
