If an employee does not enjoy working with the public, or lacks basic social skills, please do not put them at the window. I have had several experiences here at this location, where a worker opens the window and hands me food/ drinks without saying a word to me. Just a blank stare even when I say “Hi!” or “thank you!”. The service has been going downhill for awhile, but the rudeness drives me away more than anything.

I stopped going here for a while due to the fact every single time my order was messed up! I come back tonight thinking I’ll give you guys another chance and every single sandwich I ordered is wrong! I ordered three crispy chicken sandwiches, no lettuce, extra mayo and it’s covered in extra lettuce and extra mayo! I have a texture problem with lettuce so if it’s on the sandwich, I cannot have it so now I have to give my child all three sandwiches because I cannot eat them! Thanks for proving that I shouldn’t have given you guys another chance!

Had to go inside because the drive through live was long. Had a surprisingly amazing lunch with my daughter. The counter girl was so nice, welcoming. The food was great. Didn’t even feel like we were at a fast food place. Not greasy, everything was fresh. The restaurant was clean.

This Wendy’s really has their act together. I pass through Dallas to go to my mountain house and Dallas is the halfway point and always where we try and stop to rest and get something to eat. I’ve tried the McDonald’s and Burger King in Dallas before. Both are two of the crappier ones in their chains. From the price to the service, to the quality of the food they offer, this location is far and away Dallas’ best fast food restaurant.
Cashier was ignoring me and took another customer ahead of me then still didn’t acknowledge me I said something and she said she had other things to do so I walked out I guess they don’t need customers
