I made a phone call order and Sebastian answered the phone. He was providing great service and answered many of the questions I had. His customer service is great and he showed no attitude when I asked him the same question five times! I love Papa John’s, and after this experience, I will definitely be ordering again!!! Props to Sebastian for providing me the correct store to order from, but still taking my order!! Great service overall 10 out of 10 experience from Sebastian. Give that man a raise!!!!
This place is the worst ! Never had to deal with such unprofessional people who can’t look up an address. Then 45 min I’m still awaiting my pizza and called and was told driver delivered to wrong address but instead of calling the customer he goes back to the shop and tells them I didn’t pick up, I had no missed call !!! I rather drive to York location. Never again ! I think they need a better address system or something because they are always getting an address wrong ??♀️ my home is not hard to find ?this is a nice way of leaving a review !

My daughter ordered from here for me, we got delivery and it said my order was delivered so I went out looking for my food, i called the store the manager Eric said it was on the way however when I explained the situation he was rude about the whole thing, basically said it was on the way and ignored me from then on, after the call my food arrived 20 minutes later.... it's baffling to me how this store still has business.
Do not take doordash orders to this store my order was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago I entered the store the gentleman inside isn't doing anything twiddling his thumbs there's no food being cooked he told me 10 minutes I left came back 10 minutes later he told me another 5 minutes and food was still not being prepared horrible experience will never take orders to this place again unless unless they replaced the people that are working there today Saturday May 18th
