We had planned a pizza party after our lacrosse practice, but a thunderstorm threw a wrench in our outdoor plans. We called the shop to see if we could bring 25 athletes and coaches into the store instead, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived, the staff had reserved tables prepared and the pizzas were already set out for us. The staff was courteous, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Awful customer service today on the phone. Pre making pizzas, and delivering them with raw dough is so wrong. The way the girl started the conversation, and ended it. I will never be going back. Even if this is the closet Parma’s I’ll be going back to ordering from East York, better costumer service and cooks.
