I called to order a stromboli , after placing the order, the girl on the phone wanted me to confirm the last four numbers of my card on file. I asked her why the card was kept on file which is weird because it's a pizza shop. Why do they keep your card on file? Her reply was completely disrespectful an attitude like no other, I've been in customer service. I don't deserve to be treated like that . If you want to be disrespected and treated like complete trash go ahead and give this place a try. There's a pizza shop on every corner though so no problem taking my business elsewhere. $30 Stromboli can be ordered right down the street and trust and believe word of mouth goes a long way 😜

Delicious food, great chat with the owner, and great community support! The restaurant was decked out with school supplies to make back-to-school backpacks for local kids. We had a really good meal for a reasonable price and will gladly return.

Great , true american / italian feeling. Pizza tasted awesome. Friendly and welcoming staff gives family business vibes. Pizza doesn’t make you feel bloated or heavy. It’s perfect amount of fat and cheese . Would def recommend .

Ordered an extra cheese, extra pepperoni pizza today. Just finished eating it, and even when I reheated it, I think this is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. And our delivery driver was super sweet.

We've ordered from parma countless times and have always had a good experience, but today was so bad its worth mentioning if only so they can correct it before it impacts their wonderful reputation. Firstly the woman who took the order hung up on my mother. Then she hung up on my son's in-home therapist. When we finally didn't get hung up on the employee who took the order was clearly agitated with any and all requests and questions and quite rude to our household. Additionally, our in-home therapist asked to pay separately for part of the order (as she isn't allowed to let us pay) and was informed that she had to order more to qualify for delivery even though it was being delivered with our $50+ order. Overall the experience left us looking to order somewhere else next time.
First time there , food was hot and good when it arrived. They were constantly cleaning tables . Will definitely go there again

We had planned a pizza party after our lacrosse practice, but a thunderstorm threw a wrench in our outdoor plans. We called the shop to see if we could bring 25 athletes and coaches into the store instead, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived, the staff had reserved tables prepared and the pizzas were already set out for us. The staff was courteous, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate their support for local youth sports teams. It's businesses like this that make our community so special. Thank you for helping to make our event a success!
