Great pizza! Great dinners! But even better owner. You want to spend your money with a guy that gives back to his community. Here’s your guy! I’ve personally spoke to him on more than one occasion and his passion and care for kids, community, and his pizza shop is evident. You won’t be disappointed with this pizza shop!

The most unfriendly employees you could ever ask for. Asked to substitute tuna for another meat and it was like I was asking them to give me a kidney on the spot. The Antipasto salad was delicious though once you get passed the rude staff. Definitely will be sticking with Roma’s from now on for sure though.
Ordered a pizza today at 4:31 pm came at 4:50, not bad delivery. But my pizza dough was raw in the middle and not cooked to the outside. I call to request a new pizza, but they girl on the phone wanted to give me a speech about how they pre-made the Saturday and Sunday dinner rush cheese pizzas before the even get the orders and only cook it til the sides are brown. I asked how this information is going to help me when I have a toddler and raw dough? Asks if I’d like a refund or a new pizza. I said refund the customer service she gave me was rude and entitled. Won’t be ordering from this Parma again, never had any problem with the East York Parma like this.

Ordered 2 cheese steaks and a loaded cheese fries,,,$26.00, received one cheese steak and a reg cheese pizza,,for 26.00,,called in and that hey offered to make it right if I paid for it again,, I'm done with Parma,,Roma! I'm coming back!!! would not recommend!!!

Awful customer service today on the phone. Pre making pizzas, and delivering them with raw dough is so wrong. The way the girl started the conversation, and ended it. I will never be going back. Even if this is the closet Parma’s I’ll be going back to ordering from East York, better costumer service and cooks.
