Over the course of three months I have tried the same s'mores coffee several times. It's fantastic when it's made properly but it's very inconsistent. I have been both impressed and disappointed by it. The drink might look pretty but it tastes like watered down milk and graham crackers.....Consistency is crucial if you want repeat customers.

I was really excited to come and try this coffee shop. Saw on Facebook their āupdatedā sāmores coffee and it looked amazing! Unfortunately, it wasnāt. It didnāt look like how the picture look, which is fine especially if they ran out of some of the ātoppers.ā But then the taste was not viable. It truly tasted like water with hints of coffee. No marshmellow flavor nor chocolateā¦ I was very disappointed as I have heard a lot of positive reviews. The staff and interior was very nice and cozy!

My wife, daughter, and I tried Blue Brew today and we couldnāt have had a better start to our day. The amount of drink options here is astounding and the quality of drinks we received were some of the best we have ever had. We are caramel iced latte drinkers and we had the Caramel Tower. Like I said, best we ever had.
This will be a go to spot for us. We highly recommend Blue Brew!
