Line of cars at 9:30pm pulled up to order and was told they were closing. Closing time was 11pm. Not sure why but there were like 8 cars that were turned away.

All the condiments are literally laying on one side of the burger. We ordered no onions. Got extra onions. Never gave us our drink. Wife walks in and they give us the wrong drink. Fry container was half full. They suck. Go somewhere else for the money it's not worth it.

I went and asked for my order and they didn't give me what I wanted, they gave it to me the way they wanted and the manager is a terrible person, they give bad service. I was eating in the place, I grabbed it and left, I better not go back there anymore..

When we pulled up a lady took our order and was very rude when doing so and gave us an attitude for no reason. When we got up to the window a man was there and he had handed us our drinks, the one was completely overflowing and the lid was not on fully at all. We had a mess all over the car and when we had asked for more napkins he handed us only a few. Not to mention the food. The fries were fully unsalted and were super mushy and burnt. Confusing to be both ? My drink was also not the best sadly and it's hard to mess up a sprite but it tasted like chemicals. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this interaction. Will not be back.

On Google it said that it was open until 11 pm, but at 10 pm there were only two shop assistants inside and they said that only the drive-in was open, and that they couldn't serve dishes even to a table inside the restaurant. local.
Well, the smoothie is always cooked. This particular. Burger King in Danville has been spotty as far as getting my order correct and have recently even given me the wrong order. They are clearly understaffed, and I appreciate their hard work, but this is by far the least efficient of the Burger King in the area. Their waiting time is much higher compared to other Burger King that I have dined at myself as well as picked up for delivery. The staff that works here is a bright spot as they are kind and friendly, and definitely work hard and do their best.

I don't understand why when you order via drive-thru, it never fails, always missing something from the order when you get home. Call the store and the response from the manager is, we have them here. Me: Well it should have been in my bag??? Manager: Your welcome to check your bag before you pull away. Me: That's all fine and dandy, you obviously didn't know we sat and waited in line to pay and receive our order, and there was a line behind us................Won't be coming back anytime soon.

We stopped thru drive thru, and this morning, staff was polite outgoing and very friendly . Love having a breakfast place when we have to be out and about that has great staff.
