Don’t get me wrong their sandwiches and drinks are always delightful but there is absolutely no reason my online order takes 35 minutes for TWO drinks and one donut. i was heading to work in the morning and had to leave without my items because it took forever. Also the drive thru is atrocious! I understand the workers cannot do anything about the traffic but cmon there’s no need to be blocking a whole street because the drive thru is too long and too slow.

Staff is very friendly and inviting, though the interior was not lit very well, donuts were fresh and drink stayed nice and hot all the way home 20 minutes away.

While the food was great and my coffee was made perfectly, the drive thru is absolutely insane! To get into the actual drive thru, you must turn off of the main street. But you have to make a left and cross traffic. I tried to go around back, and there were cars coming from 2 directions, all trying to fit into line and not block the alley way. I ended up parking and waiting for the line to go down. I could not go in as I was pet sitting a rather large dog with severe separation anxiety.
