The manager of the store never said hello to us when she opened the doors this morning. The people never say good morning but the manager just looked out the side door to see if we were still out there not a very friendly place.

The new layout is terrible. Honestly should redesign and start over. Who wants to go to a counter and ask for a refill. You want people to go to the kiosks and order their own food already. Why make it difficult. Very disappointed in this remodel we are a small town.

Your employees need to get to work on time.Only one person there at opening time. I watched as the rest of the nonchalantly walked in at 6:00am as though there werent customers already waitng.

This location just reopened after a remodel. They decided to take out the soda dispensers. Refills must be taken to the front counter. During my recent visit, the store was not crazy busy. I waited over 5 minutes for a crew member and the inside had only a few customers. I wanted more ice and was unable to get.
Explain how you will get service on a normal busy day? This location is usually busy with Route 80 traffic and is a major stop for Geisinger hospital and businesses. This is McDonalds and a fast food business. In what mind do you take a extremely busy restaurant and give understaffed workers an impossible task??

Waited 30 minutes in line for ice cold unsalted French fries . Only 3 cars ahead of me . This establishment is pathetic .
Food is always good along with service the only bad thing is the sprite taste like menthol. i have no clue what it is but twice now months apart we have ordered and sprite taste terrible.
