I only gave it a star for the fact it's conveniently located in the hospital a floor down from where we need to go. However, the service was terrible. Employees seem miserable to be there and just sloppily throw your food together. My sandwich was soggy and falling apart all over when I opened it not even minutes after it was made. Also don't even bother asking for it toasted because you're just wasting your time and it comes out the same as it went in. I get food there for me and my child while he's getting chemo treatments. Being located in a hospital where people are already going through enough the way it is, employees should really do better.

We ordered online. When I got there they had 3 other online orders and hadn't started mine. 4 other walk in customers came in and they did their orders first. My sandwich was on the wrong bread and had at least a cup of mayo on it. One of the workers only stood at the register and didn't make sandwiches. They. need more help

It's good but located in the most hidden, secluded area of the hospital. It may as well be a secret operation and I would not have found it without assistance.

Staff Gage totally rocked it with his A-game service! He fired away all the usual Qs like a champ and didn't bat an eyelash when I threw in some extra requests. Plus, he double-checked to make sure my sammie was how I wanted it. I felt like a VIP, paid for quality, got quality – it's a win-win!Thank you Gage~

A great option while at the hospital. Always glad to find a "tuck-in" shop with employees that go out of their way to give great service.

Wheelchair accessibility: while a small shop, there was clearly defined traffic flow. "enter here - exit here," with enough room to accommodate the wider wheelchairs in the hospital.

Worker argued with me on how subway makes the sandwich I’ve been ordering at other subways for the past 10 years. Even heated after it was toasted nothing was melted and still cold. Eat the hospital food. Would be better!

Terrible service. The young man working there (who seemed high) was very accusatory asking me if there was a problem after I chuckled when the woman in front of me made a joke then after he made my sandwich (which I had waited 20 minutes to get) he was ringing me out and asked if I was there earlier and upset his coworker. I never stepped foot in that store until that moment and never will again.

Dirty. The staff is miserable. Hours are horrific. Unsure as to why Geisinger has not replaced it was a real healthy option instead of this garbage.

No one at the counter to help customers.

If you’re going to say you open at 10am, then make sure your employees arrive early enough to be open at ten. Two weeks in a row now on Saturdays, it’s been 15-20 mins after 10am that the door has been open. There are many hospital staff that have to follow strict schedules on when to go to lunch and rely on your posted times to know when they can refuel. Do better.
