Staff Gage totally rocked it with his A-game service! He fired away all the usual Qs like a champ and didn't bat an eyelash when I threw in some extra requests. Plus, he double-checked to make sure my sammie was how I wanted it. I felt like a VIP, paid for quality, got quality – it's a win-win!Thank you Gage~

A great option while at the hospital. Always glad to find a "tuck-in" shop with employees that go out of their way to give great service.Wheelchair accessibility: while a small shop, there was clearly defined traffic flow. "enter here - exit here," with enough room to accommodate the wider wheelchairs in the hospital.

Worker argued with me on how subway makes the sandwich I’ve been ordering at other subways for the past 10 years. Even heated after it was toasted nothing was melted and still cold. Eat the hospital food. Would be better!

Terrible service. The young man working there (who seemed high) was very accusatory asking me if there was a problem after I chuckled when the woman in front of me made a joke then after he made my sandwich (which I had waited 20 minutes to get) he was ringing me out and asked if I was there earlier and upset his coworker. I never stepped foot in that store until that moment and never will again.

No one at the counter to help customers.

If you’re going to say you open at 10am, then make sure your employees arrive early enough to be open at ten. Two weeks in a row now on Saturdays, it’s been 15-20 mins after 10am that the door has been open. There are many hospital staff that have to follow strict schedules on when to go to lunch and rely on your posted times to know when they can refuel. Do better.

Better then hospital food, but still subway!

The woman with the brown long hair is absolutely miserable and rude. She makes you feel uncomfortable, if I hadn’t ordered online I would’ve gotten my lunch elsewhere.

We reached on 8:30pm and store close at 9:00pm, still employee said they don’t have bread to make subs, there were bunch of breads left in the back and they told us that it’s for tomorrow they can’t make it now! This is not anyone can expect from fast food service restaurant!!!

My friend and I ate food here on Tuesday, and both got violently ill. We're both still sick. I will never eat here again and would recommend for safety no one does

My experience was awful. The lady with long nasty finger nails was training some kid and she up and left him. She walked away while he was putting my sandwich together and he knew nothing. He didn’t know what any of the sauces were or basic vegetables. I will say he certainly knew what onions were because he put about 3 pounds of them on my sub. Nasty. He was so confused the whole time and just slapped it together. Finally when I was ready to check the lady magically re-appeared, I guess she wanted my money. Nice! Years ago I used work here and it was never this bad, they really let it go. What a shame.

Dirty. The staff is miserable. Hours are horrific. Unsure as to why Geisinger has not replaced it was a real healthy option instead of this garbage.

It would be nice if you didn't advertise that you stay open till 4am when 90% of the time it is closed by midnight.

I love Subways, but they need more help, I think because of the short staff the employees are not very friendly.
