I ordered on the mobile app, I ordered 3 footings and a 6 inch all regular Italian bread. The store then called me about 15 minutes later telling me they are out of regular bread but they got the 3 foot longs made and wanted to know what bread to use for the 6 inch. I said use half the bread you used for one of the foot longs. I can’t do that they are already made and wrapped is what I was told. So I told him then I would like a refund for that 6 inch and I don’t want it. His answer was I don’t know how you do that I don’t use the mobile app. So we just went into the shop to figure it out. Get there guy says we fixed it… my husband brings it to the car. No it’s not fixed now I have one 6 inch, one 8 inch(two 4 inch pieces) and 2 foot longs.

Paid $5 for a half a cheese hoagie which literally ended up being bread with mayo on it... There was no one else there yet rushed through our order. Maybe had they taken their time they would have done a better job...

Pretty fast pick up orders but the old female waitress is very rude. Corrected her to saying “my name in correctly” then she said whatever very rudely. Better tone when we got our 2nd order Customer service 2/5

Nice friendly, happy, helpful staff. Good food for a reasonable price. I would go there again :)
Dont try to order after 8:30, they are better than other restaurants and won't take your order.
