The seafood buffet is mediocre at best. First off, theres no way there should be an automatic 20% tip.....for me to serve myself. Would be acceptable if the service was top notch, but that is not the case. Refills for the drinks were extremely slow to appear, empty plates often left sit for extended periods of time. Our party of 4 was seated at 2 round tables intended for 2 people each, which had been pushed together, very awkward. Now the food: deep fried butterflied shrimp...
I ordered two sandwiches to go and picked them up. After picking up one of my sandwiches I found that my order was incorrect - I ordered a Reuben sandwich with extra sauerkraut and picked up an Reuben sandwich that had hardly any sauerkraut on it. When I returned my sandwich to the restaurant and waited for my refunded meal I could very clearly hear people in the kitchen talking about me and my returned sandwich. I understand that the staff at this restaurant do not care about...
We had a great time! Had our parents 25th Anniversary in a ballroom with Tavern access. The food was excellent. It was very quiet. I just wish there was more convenient parking.
