The burger got lost in the bun and was very dry...I asked for cheese, lettuce, tomato and Mayo....no tomatoes and very little lettuce. My fries were half full and cold. Usually enjoy my meal but tonight was a bust.

When we go to the Danville Wendy’s we always never get all of our food what we pay for it’s very sad that they can’t watch what there putting in the bag and plus when you go back they r rude about thing that they missed and never put sauces in for the nuggets that you ask for
On 11/18/2024 I placed an online order at this Wendy’s location at 10:46pm to be delivered at 11:25pm at the hospital. At 10:59pm I got a VN saying the driver picked up the order and will be there by 11:25pm. Because I’m pregnant and unable to walk fast I immediately went to the pick up area at the hospital (front entrance) with the intention to reach before the Door Dasher Dennis. I arrived at the drop off area @ 11:02pm waiting for his arrival only to get a text saying the meal was handed to me😳 I immediately called the Door Dasher who said he had other deliveries to be delivered while back & forth on the phone asking him repeatedly where’s the meal he said he hand delivered to me he refused to respond & repeatedly said he had other deliveries & refused to say the whereabouts or who my delivery was given to. I turned around and there was my delivery OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL FRONT ENTRANCE ON THE GROUND IN THE FREEZING TEMPERATURE. Unhygienic, disappointed and pissed are understatements. I picked it up, called customer service then throw it away because of course I couldn’t leave it outside the hospital🤬🤬🤬 Door Dash & this Wendy’s just lost a faithful customer.
