Ordered food to go TODAY as I’m paying a roach came out the pizza box. I’m not sure if this guy was the owner or just a worker but he calmly killed the roach when I screamed and acted as if it was nothing. I said NOPE I want a refund, would you believe he told me NO it’s just a roach & he’s fasting, I wasted him time having him cook the food. Yeah ok!!! I went off until he went into that register and gave me my money back. Just NASTY ?

Great service. Ordered tenders and fries. Fries were great. Coleslaw was good. The tenders….obviously very low quality. Possibly frozen for to long. Or have been sitting in a warmer or even refried.

The food is good and hot most of the time. Delivery and staff are always friendly. The problem I have is that the delivery drivers always keep my change especially if one of my kids answers the door. My tips are very generous and I live within walking distance so there's no reason to keep an extra $3 or more. I shouldn't have to ask for it. From now on, I'm paying with a debit or credit card to avoid this issue. And give the tip in cash only.

Ordered an hour ago. 20 dollars worth of food and I left a 10 dollar tip for delivery. Food was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. No one came and no one is answering the restaurant phone. I've literally called 10 times and let it ring for 20 minutes. Took my money, never delivered the food and never picked up the phone. My mom just drove over there to handle the issue. They used to be our go to. Never again.

The delivery service is always quick and super friendly which is phenomenal. The food can be hit or miss...The Mr Food pizza is one that I can't go wrong with. Also I like the wing zings. However, sometimes I order (and pay for) extra toppings and I don't get them.Most recently I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and it was dry and disappointing.My preferred place is too pricey and no wing zings so Arion ends up getting my $ more often than not.

I placed an order for teriyaki salmon salad no olives no tomatoes for pickup with 3 other items. Only to see the girl taking orders on phone incapable of taking orders correctly. The salad had olives in it. I had to complain to the Mgr. who made it the right way but had to go back to get it.Check whatever you order to make sure the girl got it correctly.
