Terrible service. Very rude. I asked for Pepperoni’s on a pizza pretzel and the girl gave me a plan on. When I asked for pepperonis her and the owner, Fred begin to yell at me. Do waste your money here! Go to Saddiqs, way better service

I got a Gelati today and it was horrible! I go here all the time and I have to say i am very disappointed to say this was my worst experience every. The water ice has a weird after taste and has ice chips in it, and it also had some type of small seeds in it. The ice cream tasted so expired. I expected better from Fred’s but i am sad to say this might be the last time I will be going there.
All I know is the strawberry lemonade, lemon and blueberry be touching the SPOT! Pretzels are always fresh. Lines are never long annd the workers behind the counter are always friendly.

The owner with the white Nissan Altima with a front license plate of Libra was rushing me and my girlfriend to order and I didnt appreciate it if you are a young couple I will advise you to go elsewhere out if you elderly you are more then welcome
