Late night at work, picking up a meal on the way in, go to your McDonald's app. 101 South MacDade Boulevard was listed to be open until 1:00 a.m. the order was placed at 12:17 a.m. I get to the restaurant at 12:32, and the service window is effectively barricaded. Eventually the person in charge I guess comes to the window stating that we have no food it's all been thrown out. I tell him that my mobile order was placed and accepted, money taken, and where's the food? Blank stare, walks away from the window and to no surprise does nothing to placate the customer when he comes back. Google review was promised, promise kept. They dropped the ball, and might as well post their new business hours as closing at 12:00 midnight. Please return my money.

I know fast food restaurants have a reputation for being horrible, but this has to be one of the worst ones. Had me standing there for 15 minutes nobody greeting me. Nobody asking me if I’ve been help. Nobody trying to help me. I’m literally just standing there until finally I guess somebody got tired of looking at me and they finally handing me my food. It’s strange, cause everybody was walking around talking to each other, but nobody could speak to me and then I don’t wanna mention how cold and dry my fries were. I don’t usually go to this one, but I was being lazy today, but never again. And any five star ratings you see on here has got to be a paid actor

I tried to refrain from leaving a review, but I have to. The location is the worst I have ever been to I keep getting burned, over cooked, and sometimes dry meals. Today topped the cake, my fries were extremely dry and brown, and my chicken sandwich was burned and patty not cooked it was a mess. I purchased 2 $5 meals for my kids, and I feel like they just gave me anything. On top of that, the staff is extremely disrespectful , but in even complaining, you'll just be transferred right back to the same store talking to the same people you're complaining about. I seriously dislike this McDonald's. I never received my coupons for my inconvenience from the last incident, and that was months ago. I'm so disgusted!

Never going back

A+. All around. The resteraunt is very clean.The staff are super friendly and very efficient..food is first rate. This is the best McDonald's in Delco..( I don't usually leave Delco so I can't speak farther then that) the owner should be happy and proud he has so many good people in his employ.
