Had a question about the mobile app. The manager seemed all flustered when approached. I was confused because it was her co-managment who the previous week, harassed me into downloading in the 1st place. After she was able to "self-regulate", she then unfortunately was still of no assistance when it came to the mobile app and how after the Phillys played, I could get the "buy one spicy nugget, get one free" advertised offer. The only positive thing to come out of this was... .after a few deep breathing exercises (and my precious time being waisted), "SHANEQUA", the unhinged supervisor, was able to regain her professional composure and not care me for a Luke warm small batch of horrible fries.

Staff is friendly, food is hot, but it’s usually very busy sometimes there’s a wait but not too long, the workers keep everything moving quickly with as least problems as possible.Parking: Ample parking spots makes it a lot easier to eat at this McDonald’s
Very poor service, food orders always wrong, workers always on the phone very rude, they mess up your order but get an attitude when you want your order remade correctly fries always cold!! Drive thru takes 15-20 mins to get thru going inside the store is not any better this McDonald's is very ratchet and disgusting! The service is all the way around the board horrible!!!!!

Worst service I have ever had at a "restaurant" in my entire life. I ended up waiting nearly a half-hour for my food. I ended up going to the front counter and they didn't even know what I order I told them 2 cheeseburgers but they should have known from my order that I ordered a meal and not just the burgers. At that point I was so frustrated that I just took the burgers and stormed out. I was very close to just walking out with no food at all, and this is not the first time I have had bad service here. Avoid this place at all costs.A few times in the past I asked for no onions or pickles and they always still put them on.
