I sent my brother to the store to get my food and I was given cold food old fries I called to speak to a manager and they did not care at all. They was not apologetic. All was worried about was me returning the food and bringing the receipt in order to get a refund or in order to get a fresh order I was trying to make is they need to serve, better quality food and have compassion for customers they call with these type of complaints. Worst experience I ever had.

Usually this is one of the best Popeyes locations but I walked in today and one of the workers was behind the counter walking around with a tissue stuffed halfway in her nose handling food I walked right back out instantly

I came to get a chicken special, all they had for walk up is a 5 piece. They didn't have much chicken ready, but some how they tried giving me a chicken breast bone as a piece of chicken, the other thigh looked undesirable. Please, give people fresh, hot, recognizable food. While I am paying for my food, a workers friend comes in and get a free frozen drink. Offer me something for my inconvenience. Smh
