Grew up in Speeceville, came back for a visit after 7o yrs. 3B was recommended by an old friend..Great tasting ice cream and a cone portion that was huge. Highly suggest you try it!

Gigantic small cones.
A ton of flavors - but not a ton of toppings or other ways to get your ice cream.
Very reasonable prices.
A nice area of picnic tables.
Plenty of parking.
Biggest downside is the only bathroom being a porta potty next to the dumpsters.
Never actually tried the food - that's not the reason to come here.

Kid-friendliness: The employees are always so nice to my 3 year old
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is flat with no stairs so you can easily get to the window to order and over to the picnic tables to enjoy your treats
