Worst delivery/service I’ve experienced. Took two and a half hours to complete my order (wouldn’t let me cancel it because it was “being processed”) and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Not to mention the $6 delivery fee that isn’t included in the tip.

When I got in the line to make my order I was looking at the screen trying to pick things I asked a simple question of do you do the build your own box at this location I then was given a snug and rule you got to go on an app and do that we do not do that here with an attitude. Ben wants the last order bag was finished and gave it was pushed into my hand what a very rude look on the window person's face I don't think I'm going to go there anymore I already know how to make some of this stuff the traditional way so I think I'm just going to probably go to Taco Bell outside the city if I actually want Taco Bell I recommend that they have out of more people there to help them so that way their attitude can be less pushy and rude to their customers are that they make a change in how their 5:00 employees respond to their customers

Pros: Order was accurate and food was what you'd expect. 👌🏻 Cons: Waited longer than expected for it not being very busy. And the bathrooms are pretty nasty for it being a newer location. It could definitely use a good deep clean. 🤢

Just a bunch of kids laughing and scrolling on their phones while the adults are forced to order their own food. Not a single offer to help anyone who came in the door. Just a name call when food came up. Plop tge bag on the counter and back to their friends. I can NOT believe how many parents FAILED to raise a productive person to society.
