Just a bunch of kids laughing and scrolling on their phones while the adults are forced to order their own food. Not a single offer to help anyone who came in the door. Just a name call when food came up. Plop tge bag on the counter and back to their friends. I can NOT believe how many parents FAILED to raise a productive person to society.

I haven't had issues with this Taco Bell in the handful of orders I've gotten. Staff is friendly and called your name loudly when inside. Always quick service.

We have very good experience.we make mistake order they gave is mew taco. Such good place
Such a horrible place. The workers are beyond rude, and lack basic service skills. They have no idea what customer service is, people constantly waiting long times in the lobby, and yet NONE of the workers show their faces out in the lobby to help anybody.
The workers inside don’t care if they mess up your order. Orders are constantly being messed up or they’re made sloppy. Not to mention the fact they prioritize drive thru orders and rush to get to the top of the global leaderboard of all the taco bell’s.
Don’t even bother trying to customize orders because most of the time they don’t even bother to look at it.
The older lady with red hair is so rude to customers, and multiple reviews can tell you that. Her daughter who is blonde sometimes is nice but is just as rude.The lady with black hair in drive thru rushes and isn’t kind to those ordering. The workers all talk badly about customers and constantly roll their eyes.
It’s so sad to see the young workers who only appear to be 16-18 years old just getting mistreated by the managers and older workers. I’m honestly so surprised this business is still going.

Water dripping onto our food from the ceiling in multiple places. Potatoes burnt. Asked to pay for free water. App said no Pepsi but there was Pepsi. Burritos both had sour cream when I ordered no sour cream. They did fix the burritos which was helpful. Not the best taco bell.

Stopped in Phillipsburg, Pa to get food while on my three hour drive , Don’t know who the red headed lady was but talk about rude! I just left and promised myself not to stop there again!
Messed up several orders, forgot to add basic items in several boxes. And for the love of God,
Is it too much to ask for a nacho cheese cup that is more than 20% full?
Mistakes happen from time to time, but be sure you remind them at the speaker to 'hold the attitude'. The managers daughter should probably just stay back on the line.
Even when using the modified Philipsburg four strike policy, I think I can call this an 'out'. I'd have to be well beyond inebriated to give this place another chance at redemption.
It wouldn't be quite as frustrating if the place was cheap.
In summary- they are expensive, give inaccurate orders, provide poor customer service.
A real 'triple threat'.

Never gets my order right… ever. Staff is extremely rude and snarky. Did not apologize when they forgot 3 items in my order.
I ordered my food 40 minutes ago through the app which is to make service easier on both customer and workers however still sitting in the dining area for my food almost an hour after ordering, orders are constantly messed up and their hospitality is a zero. They are rude and over staffed and still cannot manage to run the business. Also there was no other customers present at this time other than an elderly lady who also waited as long as we did for our food! Gross!!!
Ordered nacho fries and a drink from the Taco Bell app at 9:00 PM and never received the food. Tried to cancel the order at 10:30 PM and couldn’t because the food was already being processed. Tried calling to cancel the order and they told me to cancel on the app and I tried to explain that I couldn’t and they were no help. Called the place for 10 mins before getting an answer. Still haven’t gotten money back or an answer from Taco Bell customer service
