Lovely Victorian era setting for an ice cream parlour AND inside the Historic Castle Inn! We had a banana split and changed the strawberry for coffee ice cream…and it was perfect! Our server was quick to serve as well!
The food was great but the service wasn’t good. We had a young boy serve us and unfortunately it seemed as though he didn’t know what the plates consisted of when I asked him. We waiting for over an hour for 2 plates of food, then the chef came out and told us “ I’m sorry, the boy forgot to give me your order, that’s why it took so long. “ I think we waited about an hour and a half for this, luckily we weren’t too hungry. I just don’t think people really care if...
Take a minute to step back in time. Great place to stop for a bite to eat or some delicious icecream. You can recieved a discount if you're riding the pocono trolley tour which makes it even better. Great service.
