I was very disappointed today. My order was completely messed up . Our gravy was a hard blob couldn't even dip in it. We ordered specific size chicken strip meals and they were short strips. We didn't receive any of our dipping sauce and my one set of straps were suppose to the BBQ and wasn't. When I tried to call the store to tell them about my order ,you can't even get through. It says this number is not taking calls. Worst experience ever. Will never go back.

I purchased from this location many times as it is close to home. I have received messed up orders on more than one occasion. It ranges from anything from a forgotten item to a wrong side. I never complained because it is fast food and it appears that there are usually kids working in there. What bothers me is that you decided not to offer the same veterans day perk as the other locations. I drove past another location on my way home and should have stopped there and in the future will support them instead.

July 30th it was 9:02 they were closed, which I understand but I only had to go to the bathroom, I went up to the front doors and they ran to the back laughing turning off the lights. Please never visit this establishment use foxes across the street better food better service better bathroom

Tip: order drive-thru, as apparently they take priority. Then eat-in. Last are mobile orders, which was me. I watched on their screen just being skipped over and over for the ones mentioned above. They weren't even going to make mine until I spoke up. Stood waiting for 20 minutes, figured I'd give them some slack since they were busy. Nah, I was just low priority. I'll just go down the road to the Murrysville one next time. Avoid this place. The food was....ok. I guess it would have been warmer if the guy acknowledged my existence in the first place.

Just ate here on Saturday May 19, 2024. I got a number 3 meal. I am now extremely sick to my stomach after eating here. I was absolutely fine before eating here. I dont recommend eating here.

Food good but asked for a cup of water and was charged for it $2.19. Upon questioning the charge I was told that you can get any drink you want. Still $2.19 for a cup of tap water? I will take my own drink next time if I go back. Inflation and greed are getting out of hand.

Every time I come to this location it’s always packed with only three people working. Two people cooking and one person working the front and window. This location needs to close the inside of the restaurant until they hire more people. The delay, the poor food quality…. All could be easily resolved if we focus on drive thru only
