I seen a cashier take out the trash while others including myself stood there for 10 15 mins and waited for her to take our order in the lobby but understaffed OK I'll take that. But one thing I cannot forgive she never washed her hands not one time from behind the counter to the lobby trash removal then back behind the register then back to the rear to help with food assembly. One of the older patrons pointed out that she never touched a sink to wash her hands and asked me if I wanted to go first I declined to give her a chance to wash them after maybe overhearing the gentleman. She did not.

***Updated review*** Stopped here once again & would have been better off making my own ice cream! I ordered 4 blizzads two of those were the Superman blizzards. We were told that they could not make them. No big deal...the big deal was the children there thought it was a joke. The first comment the child who was at the counter said upon entering the store was how he couldn't wait to go home. Upon realizing we could not have our complete order we asked for a refund only to be told there was no one who knew how. Perhaps there should be an adult on shift. From now on we will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Tastyland. Better service & ice cream!

Honestly, the quality depends on what people are working. One night, you may have exactly what you ordered. The next time, you may not even have what you ordered.

Went to the drive through and got a small cone. Delicious on a hot day cooled me off and the price was right. Nothing like a Dairy Queen cone on a hot summer day.

I ordered a twist in a cup and they gave it to me in a cone this is severe because I have a life threatening Gluten allergy. I also got a slushy and it had a peice of meat in it. I am vegetarian. And not to speak about the Fanta that tastes like alcohol. The workers look like they are 12-15 year olds. THEY MADE FUN OF MY CHILDREN! I GIVE THIS A 1 STAR IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER PUT, STUFF IN YOUR FOOD, AND GIVR YOU ALCOHOL. THEY WILL ALSO MAKE FUN OF YOUR CHILDREN.

How do so many employees work here yet none know how to do their job? Ordered three Blizzards. No carrier, no lids, no spoons, ice cream spilling over the side of the cup and melting as soon as they were set on the counter. Obviously not flipped.

This location has some friendly workers but they need retrained in how to make blizzards. Nobody knows to how to make them properly. I like the confetti cake but I get all ice cream and maybe 2 or 3 little cake pieces. Other blizzards have been like this as well. Lacking toppings. Do better please.

All I can say is dont buy their ice-cream! I stopped and bought what I always buy at a dairy queen and it was terrible! The ice cream was leaving a filmy feeling in my mouth and it tasted off! I threw it out there window because I could not eat it! And ice cream is my favorite thing I've never had an issue like this before and guess what im never going to that location again!

Every single time I’ve ordered a blizzard just the top is thick then the entire middle bottom is soupy blizzard mix, got a large s’mores blizzard tonight and it was straight mix and barely any ice cream.
