I give them a try every few months hoping they will get better and get disappointed every time. they repeatedly mess up orders. apparently there's a disconnect with corporate when you try to redeem points because every time I try to redeem points the points get taken away but I never get the food that I've redeemed the points for. and the position of the store seems to be oh well not our problem contact corporate. of course they don't have a phone number for corporate. when you...read full review
Ordered at noon for 6 pm… 7:15 no food, of course paid ahead, and can’t find out what’s up.. been on hold 15 min still haven’t spoke to a human. Paying 30 bucks for 16 dollars worth of late (maybe never coming) food, really?
Six minutes on the phone and nobody answered. Was going to try and they blew it.
