Order takers need to gain people skills and know how to preform better customer service. So one should not be giving attitude over the innercom. On top of that please teach your kitchen staff to read the full ticket before just making sandwiches. If someone ADDS that doesn’t mean ONLY. I worked at a McDonalds when I was younger we never would have given such a low level of service.

I ordered on Uber Eats... they shorted me a McRib and not only didn't have any kind of compensation, refused to compensate hiven that they were closing... but they were an hour late. Here are the details of what happened.
The order was started over an hour after the initial time I was expecting original delivery. For clarity, I ordered, expecting delivery by 10:15, they did not start preparing the order until around 11pm. Also, they were out of McRibs (I ordered 2, only received 1, and that 1 was light on bbq sauce) and not only did they not have a work around or suggestion for this inconvenience, they wouldn't cook anything because they were closed... again, order was an hour late.

12-2-24 at 7:30pm Started out, gentleman at the speaker was rude right off the bat . Then, the kid at the second window was eating ice . He then proceeded to drop the ice out of his mouth, put it back in, and spit it out again . As the drinks were being poured . He never attempted to sanitize his hands. He just proceeded to rub hands all over the drinks . Just gross .....

This last month they put 9 nuggets in each box so only gave me 18 out of 20. I order double quarter pounder they charge me and gave me a quarter pounder. Forgot to give pies and a chicken mc double the one night had to go in and get it. Than tonight I order double quarter pounder and only received a quarter pounder meal however they didn't charge me for double this time. Just make sure your checking your orders because there accuracy is the worst at this location.
