What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I accidentally passed up a "chain" restaurant. I'm glad we did! After a quick Google search, this place came up. The food was delicious. I got the Cuban sandwich. The atmosphere was really cool....it's beached-themed, so it felt like we were on a mini-vacation. My husband really enjoyed the beach scenes they had playing on the big screen TV. The only reason I gave 4 Stars is because it was a little slow. By the way..we were the table that the server almost placed the previous reviewer's meal. She did not put the plate down on the table. The previous reviewer is being a Karen.

I would give a zero if I could. We waited over 50 minutes to receive our food. When the waitress came out with our food, she handed it to another table and then picked it back up and brought it to me. That's a big no-no. Before all of that even happened we watched her grab another tables food from the kitchen pickup area and take food out of their basket. She placed it on the side where she could come back and eat it, which she did. She proceeded to serve the table the basket of food she just stole from. She said her name was Karen. We got up and left leaving the food she tried to serve someone else first. Asked for the manager and was told we to l don't have one. Then the one girl said she didn't want to be but would be acting manager. I told her everything and the waitress denied nothing. That has to be health code violations and theft.

Sunday hours listed until 2 pm. It's written on the door, as well as online. Arrived shortly before one and was told by the person at the register that they close at 1 pm on Sundays. No apology. No explanation as to why everything else says 2 pm. Went to Wade's. Should have gone there first.

The food was excellent and at a very reasonable price. However, it's clear that the current staff is struggling to keep up with the number of people who want to eat here. Our server was really kind and truly did all she could, but they just need more staff to accommodate the larger venue.

I went there since I never went there previously. Quite a few of the tables were dirty. A couple dead long leaves were on the floor from a plant. The price of the food was high considering I only got a drink, sandwich and fries. That was close to $15.00 and I had to wait close to 30 minutes for my meal. The sandwich was mainly bread with hardly any contents. It was also severely dry. The fries were okay. I don't think I will be going back again. They were out of quite a few food items to make some of the things on their menu too. The waitress was nice. I do not recommend this place based on my overall experience.

I've always been a fan of the Trafford location. The giant pancake that I love was tasteless & rubbery. Please don't deep fry the bacon it's hard. Service was good

TERRIBLE! Stopped for our first visit on a Sunday,4 parties were waiting ahead of us.we seen 4 empty clean tables,cashier took our name and said it will be 10 minutes,just have to clean some tables.we said okay no problems Unfortunately their was a guy at the bar counter talking about the food he wanted to order,then ask if he could have a coffee.she gets him that,puts his order in,then she takes two parties to seat them as more ppl were walking in she was taking names and ringing ppl out.She clearly couldn't handle her job.being their was still booths open and we still waited as another party was still waiting after 15 minutes,we decided to leave.never will be back. Don't waste your time or money here.
