This was absolutely disgusting my mom and sister stopped here for lunch to bring home and i stayed home after surgery. they said the workers were incredibly rude and came off as they just didn’t want to be there. told my mom she shouldn’t come to the counter unless she immediately knows what she wants. no questions allowed. but the worst part… my sandwhich had more mayo than ANYTHING ELSE. it was literally dripping out of the sandwhich and all over myself. i didn’t even eat it. and my sisters meatball sub was so Burt the meatballs were black. (pictures included). not to mention my mom smelled something burning which reminded her of an electrical fire she experienced in the past and the workers did not even care to investigate. miserable people like this should not be allowed to work with the public. if i’m gonna spend my money in this economy it better be better than this. ew

The sandwich artists are generally very rude, they smoke cigs all day and always seem like they don’t want to be there. (Younger gentleman is the exception) Don’t go in around lunch unless you want to stand in line for 30 min. They prioritize online orders rather than the people standing and waiting patiently. They will completely halt the line and do all their online orders instead of alternating. I like to go to this location when I want to be disappointed thanks subway!

I have been there a few times and the staff is always complaining about customers. They insist on putting them down and talking rudely about them. A few instances they do so while sitting outside the front door smoking cigarettes so it wafts inside with them. I have recently been informed they do this all day (at this location and the one in walmart) about the majority of their customers. If your fine with being bad mouthed for ordering a sandwich then I guess go here but you could probably just buy the stuff and make it yourself

Rude employees!! Not at all kid friendly. The young man working was the only decent one. The two older ladies rolled their eyes and made smart remarks. Will NEVER visit this location again! Only reason we came here is because our normal subway was closed.

After seeing many bad reviews I felt it was necessary to share my thoughts. I am hard to please and this is the only subway I’ll go to. Food is always high quality and the lunch deal is a steal. Veggies are so fresh always. Who cares if bread choices are slim sometimes, it’s just bread, get over it. Lol. Not to mention the regular employees are so friendly. Keep it up! This and the Walmart one are both great and owned by same owner!

I've been all over the states working I've never found a Subway when they make your sandwich they can only make it by what the menu States it has on it the only thing I asked for on my monster was to have lettuce put on it per the gentleman that did my sandwich his bosses and management have stated that they can only put on what is on the menu on all sandwiches besides a few

amanda and emily were difficult and refused to work with me this afternoon.
Ordered online with mobile app on my way back home from a long flight…I asked for the new Outlaw sub which was suppose to be steak but when i got home to eat, it was not cut, had no cheese & was also VERY clearly chicken. I called to ask for a refund and Emily very rudely basically called me a liar and said “she remembered it was definitely steak and that i should bring it back in to prove it”..I told her that is not possible but I could send a picture. she laughed. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. I then asked for her name and also gave her my name and number for a manager to call back to speak to someone more helpful and she hung up on me. I tried to call back again immediately and she let the phone keep ringing. I sincerely doubt I will get a call back because Emily was very rude and most likely didn’t record my number. I will call back again tomorrow, not because I want a “free sub”—but because she was so unprofessional and the whole thing could have been handled much more appropriately.
