I ordered at the kiosk and hit pay at counter. Stood there for 2-3 minutes before anyone even realized I was there waiting. Then they didn’t hand me my cup for a drink that I ordered in my meal so I had to ask for it. When I went to get a drink, everything tasted like water. I ordered 2 chalupas. So I spent ELEVEN dollars on 2 tacos and they only gave me one and gave me a soft taco instead that cost $1.89 compared to the $5.xx I paid for the chalupa. They never told me they were out of them either so who knows what happened to my food. And to top it all off, they forgot the sour cream that I paid to have on my chalupa. I will never stop here again.

Normally I go here and it’s fine but I went to get some late dinner and they had everything shut off as if they were closed but I could see two workers inside, and I looked it up and saw they are open till 12am and it was only 10pm.

Protein bowl want made right no rice or refried beans, just chicken sauce and a little lettuce.
Ordered party pack of tacos. Mix of soft and hard tacos. Ordered nacho grande. The food was cold, soft taco shells were hard, hardly any filling in them. Asked for hot sauce, didn’t get any! Nachos were soggy, hardly any meat. Just a lot of cheese and tomatoes. What happened to this place? They use to be generous with their food and toppings! Such a shame.

This place is no longer a go-to for a fast food stop for me. In fact, I have added it to my (internal) list of "places to never visit again."One bad employee ruined it, and I know that's a bit of a silly reason to stop going somewhere, but it's just junk food anyway, and I'm trying to get better at holding grudges. So, bye bye Delmont Taco Bell.One day we were in the drive-thru and I saw a sign had fallen off the menu board, so I picked it up and took it to the pickup window with me. I, (stupidly, I suppose,) didn't want it to blow into someone's vehicle or the highway. I didn't want the sign to cause damage, or the store to lose their sign. It wasn't my responsibility, and maybe I should have just ignored it. But, I didn't. I had the sign and told the cashier -- who was handling CASH (one of the filthiest, germ-ridden things around) and she was incredibly rude about it. She snapped at me she wouldn't take the sign because, "It's unsanitary!!!" Huh? I asked if I should just throw it away, and she shrugged at me. So, did I basically steal a sign? I tried to be useful and helpful, and got treated like I was a bioterrorist. I contacted Taco Bell corporate and got no response.
