Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I was missing food, my chicken sandwich and my daughters burger had absolutely nothing on it (they were not ordered that way), and everything was so dry.

I hate to leave a negative review as someone who works in customer service, but every time I have visited this location my order has been incorrect. Not receiving sauces, not receiving the correct food, missing items, etc. Mistakes are understandable, but when it’s every time I order here it makes me not want to come back.
Unlike the location on the other side of Murrysville, this Wendy's gets it done RIGHT.

I usually love this Wendy's. I have never had a problem until last night. I was in the mood for Wendy's. I go order the new nuggets with fries and a drink. I go threw drive thru. The bag went from there to my car seat to my kitchen. I came home sat the bag on counter and a roach crawls out of bag. I squashed it with my drink. I am deathly afraid of roaches so I had a nervous break down. I was screaming and crying the whole time I cleaned the bug up. Took it to outside garbage in a closed up bag. I called Wendy's I was so upset. I told them about the bug. The apologize profusely. They offered me free food next time I come in I was so upset I just said ok. However I will never eat here again. Why would I want free food if there is one roach there's more. Thanks but no thanks I'm good.
