Best experience! Harry Potter themed tea party was absolutely adorable. We were sorted by edible sorting hats with the color revealed in the center. From there, there were edible wands, snitches, and chocolate frogs. No detail was missed. Can’t wait to go back for other themes and for high tea!

We went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. We made reservations online, it was super easy. It is nice that they are open on Sundays since we work the rest of the week. We each ordered the afternoon tea. We got mushroom soup. It was the best mushroom soup I have ever had in my life. It was decadent. We got the seasonal scone which was pumpkin. Delicious. The tea sandwiches were great. Everyone agreed that the cucumber sandwiches were the best they had ever had. The desserts were delicious too. We were each able to try 2 different pots of tea. We really enjoyed each of the flavors. The building itself is a beautiful old Victorian house. A great time was had by Everyone. We are already talking about going back for our next friends birthday. This place is great!

What an experience. New owner Wendy and her culinary expertise & daughters blew us away. My granddaughter and I had the best time. As a china lover, I enjoyed all the patterns , made in England, some very rare pieces. Old architecture of building, stunning. This is a moment to savor. Thank you everyone for a wonderful afternoon.

Excellent service and product, the historic building that serves as the tea house is nice to explore and relax in. This place will give you a feel you won’t find much anywhere else.

I visited the Tea Trolley @ 10am on October 4th for the first time since new ownership has taken over. I did not know what to expect but I was blown away. The house is still gorgeous as always. Our server was extremely personable and made sure that we had everything we needed and we never once felt as if we were left waiting. Then the food came and I was really impressed. I had the Savory Tea option, which included unlimited tea, a scone with the accompanying clotted cream, lemon curd and apple butter, 2 generous slices of bacon/onion quiche and a salad. I added on the soup for a minimal charge and selected the butternut squash soup. From my first taste of the soup, served at the perfect temperature, I was very happy that we had come. It was delicious; maybe the best soup that I have ever had. My next plate arrived with the salad nestled between the two slices of quiche. The salad was also unbelievably delicious. It was mixed greens with what I believe were cranberries, sweet potato and goat cheese with an oil based dressing and all worked so perfectly together that I would have been happy with the salad alone. But the perfectly cooked and wonderfully enjoyable quiche just added to a pretty perfect meal. I felt as if I were eating from a high-end restaurant based on the exciting flavors, the way they worked so well together and the overall quality of the food I received. Of course, the scone was just as delicious as always. And the tea was pretty perfect; I had apple cinnamon coffee cake tea and it had been steeped flawlessly and served at just the right temperature. My wife chose to have the Sweet Tea option which included a scone and three mini desserts with her bottomless tea. Everything she had was as amazing as it looked. I can think of no way to improve on what we received in terms of service, food, ambiance... everything. I feel like this was an exceptional value for what we paid and would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone, even if you don't think that you like tea or if you think that a tea house is too fancy, give the Tea Trolley a try, either for the first time or for the first time since ownership changed. I honestly had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience and I am thrilled to see that things will continue to be run with skill and care and, to be completely honest, fully upgraded food offerings. 100% recommended without any hesitation.

What a wonderful place to have tea. I have been twice so far. I got the afternoon tea, soup, sandwich, desserts, scone and however many pots of tea (one at a time) you can drink. The ambience is great and has a lovely gift shop too. I will go again and again.
——- update: I have been again and again. My mother and sister also love it.

Have gone to the tea trolley 2 years in a row now for my birthday and not only is it one of the best afternoon teas I’ve had but it’s also such a BANG for your buck!!

Excellent! The full afternoon tea had a great array of sandwiches and desserts, and if course the teas are aromatic and delicious! Always such a nice vibe.

We were treated to tasty tea sandwiches, dessert cookies and pastries, but the most delicious were the scones. The staff was very prompt and efficient. I would definitely go back.
