The inside is disgusting. Flys all over the place, dirty rags laying around, floor looks like it's never been swept and windows look like they've never been cleaned. The MANAGER knew nothing about anything on the menu. It was actually quite pathetic. I got ice cream, which the manager never put gloves on and was super rude. The ice cream looked like it had melted and then the refroze it so I just threw mine away immediately, waste of $10. Do not go here!! This place just needs to be demolished.

Yah got some lazy ssa people working here. I call this location to see if I can get an order placed for a icecream cake and each time I call it’ll keep ringing then I’ll call back for it Togo straight to a weird ringing sound. Why have a phone if you’re not going to pick up. Not to mention who ever works mornings for driveway thru…if I wanted attitude while placing my order I would have taken my ssa to McDonalds. If you can’t simply give 100% in the customer service food industry then DONT work at a fast food place. Speaking from a person who does customer service for a living. Anyways do better in picking up a call. Bcuz I’ll be damn if I make the drive just for yah to tell me yah are out of icecream cakes

I guess you can't get cakes here. You can't order online and no one answers the phone.
Stopped for Ice Cream today and was told they are not trained on Baskin Robbins and also do not have most of the items from the menu other then ice cream.
I had to pay for the ice cream before I was even allowed to see the flavors which was not a big deal but an inconvenience..
Seems like the new management is just as poor as the old management. The cashier was nice enough all things considered, not really her fault the buisness is run like this.

Ice cream section closed
Literally the employee told me they weren't trained to serve ice cream so they are closed. Took a drive for this with gas like it is to only be turned away because someone doesn't want to scoop ice cream. I asked when it was open and she said depends who's working. Absolutely wasted time.
Took my son for ice cream. They told me the ice cream was closed. I wish they would have told me instead of 3 employees talking amongst themselves for minutes while I waited at the counter. There were no other customers and I guess I know why. Place was filthy too. Looks like you have some major problems running this business.
The lady who waited on me today was extremely friendly, I'm grateful for that! However, I saw another lady there with a child and asked for a scoop of ice cream, and the lady told them they aren't able to serve ice cream until 4 because of being short staffed. I've worked in retail before I totally understand being short staffed can be frustrating to those currently working, as they have extra work to pick up. However, the rest of the time they were there the 3 employees were standing around talking. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't have given that child a scoop of icecream. There also was no one else in line, so it's not like a bunch of other people would have jumped in for some.I thought this was absolutely ridiculous!!! Short staffed is understandable, but if they're going to just stand there talking for how long they were then they could have scooped one scoop of icecream for a child. What a shame. It's not like they had their hands full.

All tables were covered with ice cream or crumbs. The hair of the person scooping ice cream touched the cone every time he dipped it. So I didn’t eat mine. All staff just talking about how they still talk to their exes. There were no adults working. I never write reviews, this is my first and that just shows how terrible it was.
4 stars because they had a non-dairy option that tasted great! Only 4 stars because they were out of so many flavors of ice cream.Employees were very patient while filling our order.
For the second time this week I've sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes only to be told that they weren't staffed to serve ice cream. I won't be returning to the Denver location and I imagine if they don't get it together I won't be the only lost customer.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COVID-19!! THE DRIVE THRU WORKER WASNT WEARING A MASK, OR GLOVES AND TOUCHED ALL OVER MINE AND MY WIFES ICE CREAM CONES. AND WERE CHARGED ALMOST $6 FOR 2 ICE CREAM CONES WITH 1 SCOOP EACH. THIS PLACE IS GETTING REPORTED TO THE CDC. DONT EVER GO HERE
Stopped by this old time ice parlor for a cooling bite to eat. Their ice cream is outstanding. Cute atmosphere decorated with movie posters.
