Went to get a coffee through the drive-through and hit a pothole that was over a foot deep, causing us to get stuck and requiring a tow truck. No signage, indicating the drive-through was closed, no signage indicating there was a large deep pothole, we were the second vehicle in an hours timeframe that had to be towed out of there at our expense. No excuse for not having proper signage and warning signs

Was not a fan. Had hardly any donuts to choose from on the shelf with all my favorites out of stock as well as a few other things out of stock on the menu, I heard as they served customers through the drive-they. The facility was spacious but very underwhelming, somewhat of an abandoned feeling, would be rather eerily quiet if it weren’t for the loud employee’s banter. They were nice though.

Terrible service. They close before the stated time. The staff hid and left at 7:02. I was left waiting, and they never served me, not even because I arrived before closing time.

My mom went inside to buy a hot coffee because the drive thru line was so long and the ppl working told her your not allowed to order inside you can only do online ordering. My mom said she doesn’t have the app so could she pay cash, they told her no, so she left with nothing

Ordered some coffees CURBSIDE at 1:30 in the afternoon. Pulled into designated curbside spot and waited. I watched several ppl go in and come out with coffees. Observed 3 staff members on smoke breaks and after almost 10 min I go into an empty dunkin to find my curbside order on mobile order rack and then watched the last 2 staff member going out for there smoke break. Over staffed and still horrible customer service.

Unbelievable!! The chaos and disorganization was maddening. Who hired these girls ??? I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and coffee. Over twenty people were helped before me that ordered after me. Never again!

Please dont buy at this place, service is always the same BAD. Hot drinks are always cold i stop at this place multiple times and i let it go but no today. I ordered a capucicino. It was cold and no foam at all. Ordered a bagel toasted and it was hard as a rock. Please please train your employees better. Since the new ownership took over this place went to trash.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE.

Although this Dunkin is very busy, so wait time isn’t immediate, they make up for it by having a WONDERFUL employee, Angela! My son and I just adore her sweet and caring attitude and how she enjoys conversing with us and other customers. :)

According to Google, hours have been confirmed by the business and they're open until 8 pm daily. Today, as well as at least 4 other times in the last 3 months, I try to stop to get donuts for a surprise for my kids for breakfast on my way home from work between 7 and 7:30 pm and they're closed already (lights off, doors locked, and no one there). I've had a few other times when I've gone as early as 4 pm and they have no donuts. I have successfully gotten donuts in the afternoon 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years.
