TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had an order that was delivered to me wrong. Employee said a manager would call me in 15 minutes. An hour later I called back about a resolution and was told by the manager they would not help me and that if I wanted the correct item that I would have to pay for it again. They have screwed up are order once too many times. When you order a steak sandwich and you get a cheese steak instead or when you order a cheese steak with sauce and you get no sauce. That’s an issue and they wouldn’t fix the mistake. Bring back the old owners and learn how to speak English.
We live right around the corner & always traveled much farther for food due to an unpleasant experience several years ago. I am happy we decided to give them another shot. We had a wide variety of food & it was GREAT! Service was 🔥 & our food was ready ahead of time! This will be our new go to spot!
