TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had an order that was delivered to me wrong. Employee said a manager would call me in 15 minutes. An hour later I called back about a resolution and was told by the manager they would not help me and that if I wanted the correct item that I would have to pay for it again. No replacement, no refund, no help. Additionally, manger tried to LIE to me about the item I ordered. Trying to place the blame on me when it was them who botched the order. Will never eat here again. This place used to be so great but when it was taken over by new owner a few years back it has been pretty much garbage.

Used to get pizza and sides here at least once a month. Pizza was great and everything usually was great. My wife and I decided to switch it up tonight and got a cheesesteak and tuna sub. Both were the worst things we have ever eaten. Now I am sure this is not the case every time as we have had good experiences here but the bread was so hard and stale on both of the sandwichs that we couldn’t eat them. I drove 20 mins each way for this and we were just over the night so we asked for a refund. They guy said yes bring the sandwiches back and we will refund you so I drove there again and they then proceeded to deny me the refund and just say we would cook our food again. And that was nice but it wasn’t what we had agreed to on the phone. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant and gets sick easily and she wasn’t eating anymore that night so having them remake was a waste we just wanted our money back. They refused and claimed I was just trying to get a free meal. We didn’t even eat the original sandwiches so tell me how that makes sense. Just bad customer service.
I'm working out of town and stopped by Procopio's which is right around the corner. I picked up a Special pizza and this a great pizza. It's absolutely delicious and has copious amounts of toppings.

Great pizza!! Only pizzeria in the area, or beyond, that DOESN'T use seed oils and other crud in their pies, for those who care. Only olive oil.
