Went in to order 2 footings for myself and fiancé. How in the world do you run out of every cheese except for shredded and pepper jack??
I will NOT go to this one again. I work in the food industry and have previous experience in a subway and never ran out of cheese.
Might want to reconsider the amount yall put on your inventory. Just a suggestion.

I ordered 3 sandwiches online none of the sandwiches were made right. The lettuce was brown the tomatoes were slimy called the store and they couldn't do anything about it never ordering from here again.

Usually Subway is my go to place when I am on the road and I want something light. Veggie Delite usually ticks off that box for me. Every Subway seems to have a slightly different offering of vegetables and condiments. However, this Subway takes the prize for having the saddest looking lettuce, tomatoes and pickles which left my sandwich pathetic and tasteless. I won't be stopping at this subway again.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER HERE. Multiple times, they have messed up my husband's sandwich. The classic Sweet Onion Teriyaki sandwich COMES WITH SAUCE, or supposed to. Instead, they did not put the sauce on and gave him mayonnaise. If they cannot follow a simple order, managers may want to reconsider the workers they hire. I understand mistakes happen, but this has been multiple times.

2nd time I have ordered here in 2025 and they messed up my order now twice. First time didn't use the garlic herbs and cheese bread. Second time forgot the sweet onion teriyaki sauce. I had to add ranch for some flavor.

Online ordering was offline so I had to order there. Therr was 1 gentleman in front of me, then employee took a phone call that took several minutes. Then I had to order my 3 sandwiches. Another employee to get the phone would have been nice so the line could keep moving....

Ordered on the app waited about a few hours until we ate it discovered nothing is correct and I got charged four dollars for fresh mozzarella and didn’t even have it on my sandwich The Italian only had bologna, even though on the receipt states ham, salami, and baloney

When my food was delivered to me, it was somebody else’s food Aaron when I called the store they advised they couldn’t do anything so we called the driver. The driver said he couldn’t do anything. Nobody would refund my money. Nobody would give me another sandwich delivered to me for this. I feel is very poor service. I tried calling DoorDash. They said that they confirm with the store they will push the order through and they will get a sandwich made. We tried to do this but with no luck called the store again they advise there’s absolutely nothing they can do. Will never do business with them or possibly any subway ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My review is based solely on the efforts of THE SINGLE EMPLOYEE this company has decided is safe and fair to staff an entire establishment. I never leaves reviews for anything, but it is beyond disgusting to treat employees of a company of Subways magnitude like this. The lone manager is a young woman who has to do literally everything by herself, online orders, in house orders, prep etc. All while also having a register and back of house keeping. It is unsafe to staff a business with 1 person. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.
