They have ruined their model by eliminating most of their best selections, Especially the ones with filling, and now only offering a limited selection. Whi did they think would be happy about this? Several weeks ago I visited this location to order a medium iced latte. Instead of giving me a medium iced latte the employee proceeded to give me a large latte. When I pointed this out he said not to worry about it as though I was getting a deal - in other words I would be paying the price of a medium iced latte even though the size was a large. I decided at that point not to push back, however, when I got to my car I noticed that I was charged for a large size. I then proceeded to go back into the store and complain. The employee was not apologetic, he did not understand that by charging me for a large when I had ordered a medium he was overcharging me (fraud). They went ahead and provided me with a $1 refund, however, leaving the store I left with a strong sense that they had attempted to pull one on me. I'm highly unhappy with my experience, and will not be recommending this location to any of my friends or family.

In 2009 I was lifetime banned from this DD in Devon, PA for telling the owner the coffee he poured for me was lukewarm and not hot. He screamed at me to never come back.Remember me sir? Just here to tell my story because you are still serving lukewarm coffee for profit 14 years later.The Malvern location is awesome by the way.
