I stop by this store after I work a 24 hour shift. I order my wife her coffee and for the past two or three times they don’t listen to what I order. Today was the topper I order at 7:51 am and didn’t receive my order until 8:12 am. I asks for a Venti pumpkin spice latte and Venti pecan oatmeal latte, what I got was a grande for both. I was so upset, I understand that they are busy but the gentleman who took my order struggled to take the order that should have been my first clue that I was going to have a problem. Reading the other comments the store changed when they redid it. Get it together at the Devon store please! I finally found a coffee drink from your store that I like.

I went through the drive thru on my way to work this morning and after I drove away tasted my drink - hands down the most disgusting drink I've ever had. I checked the cup and it has my name and order on it but it is horrible, the espresso was so bitter I nearly spat it out. I don't have time to go back to the store today so I threw the drink in the trash and I would like a refund. Receipt # 731147, ordered at 9:22AM on 9/5/2024.

Since this Starbucks was done over it’s been terrible. Never know if it’s open or not. The wait is interminably long at the drive through. They regularly run out of supplies. The makeover and new manager have been a disaster. Have to say the workers are good. It must be hard to work there.

I would say 2 out 5 times I come to this Starbucks they take a long time to give me my coffee. Also when they do give it to me they use two cups which is wasteful. I just don’t think this Starbucks is well managed at all. Finally they resigned it and the new configuration is terrible and totally customer unfriendly like it was redesigned to make people not want to stay. I just paid over 4 dollars for a medium black coffee and have been waiting 5 minutes to get it. Don’t come here if speed is what you value. After I then asked where my coffee was they gave it to me and realized they didn’t put in the computer and handed me 4 dollar gift card. While that is nice gesture, I still am very sure due to many experiences at this store that it is not managed well.

The renovation ruined the place. Nearly all seating is gone. No more space for merchandise. Industrial interior means it’s noisy even when nobody’s in there. It’s a nightmare to do anything in-store now. On top of it, the quality here is poor. For how much money they charge, I’d expect the refresher I ordered to actually be stirred—not have all the coconut milk sitting on top. Drinks tastes different every time here. $25 for two people to have a little drink and a snack here, they don’t make it correctly and Starbucks has the nerve to ask us to tip on top of it all. I’ve literally just been driving out to the Paoli Dunkin’ for coffee, but if you need Starbucks, the one at Target across the street is better.

I stopped in here this morning & wanted to say the barista Jess was so helpful with my order!
To be completely honest, I try avoid this location because of issues I've had. I customize a few things with my order & normally they act like I'm annoying and they get visibly frustrated or sigh loudly etc. Not today! Jess was super sweet and double checked she had everything right which made me confident my order wouldn't be messed up, which is has been several times at this location. Jess is a gem!

For the amount of money I pay for these drinks and they deliberately messed up and or lost my order. After asking, are you sure this is my drink. And they knew it wasn't my order but with 50 people always in line I didn't want to to delay. Ridiculous.
