Angela D’alessandro is the heart and soul of this Starbucks. She’s an incredible human being and offers the very best service. She makes me feel welcomed every time and also knocks out the basics of fast and reliable drink delivery. If I had a vote she would be running this chain!

Working in a high end sales business I know what it requires to take care of the customer. The manager here delivers, some of the employees deliver but I also seem to see the same person working that clearly doesn't deliver. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but it starts with an E, I think. She just really always seems bland, unhappy with her job and kind of walks around like she's the 'boss', I know she isn't because I grabbed a business card! The croissant and coffee was good!

I visited this location and sat inside. I tried to study for my classes, I have a big test coming up. The food and drink is what I would expect from Starbucks but the employees... they were mostly rude. This guy/person Emeran or something, with dyed hair was working and was just awful. I could hear him bad mouthing his employees and just barking out orders. What a toxic place to work, I'd never work there and I'll never go back in there to study again. I can't believe Starbucks allows someone like that work for them. I feel bad for the employees that have to work with Emerald.

Been coming to this Starbucks for a number of years now, and don’t feel like it is as tightly run a ship as other locations. The wait in the car line is routinely long, and I always feel like they are out of items.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience today was disappointing enough that I felt I had to share.

The barista with light bleached blonde hair, her name tag looks like it starts with an “A” in pink ink, was surprisingly rude and disrespectful. She was standing at the hand-off area when I politely asked for a bag. I’d already bought something and even apologized for the bother. The bag was right there next to her, and she didn’t have to go anywhere. Instead of handing it over, she picked it up and slammed it down like she was trying to send a message, and her annoyed expression didn’t help either. Honestly, it felt like an unnecessary power move.

I think the manager should check in with her to see if she’s really happy with the job. If she hates it that much, maybe it’s time to reconsider. I was having a bad day already, but I still treated her with respect. I hope this can be a reminder that kindness goes a long way, even on tough days.

Mug was broken~ I alerted them. They acted very uninterested in the fact that it was they didn’t even say thank you for letting us know nothing.
The coffee was fine. They tried to charge me 481. However, I’m like it’s 281. They’re like oh OK.
No toilet paper in the bathrooms.
The new sitting set up is hysterical. They’ve got these seats with the tiniest little tables you’ve ever seen kind of like we want you to stay for like 11 minutes.😆
I asked where my coffee was because they had not given it to me yet and a rich main liner who was almost ordering freaked out because I asked the cashier where it was and you would’ve thought I was asking him for his first born 😩.
It goes from super warm to freezing cold, but I think that is in all of them.
I got five gift cards for various teachers again it’s like I was putting them out. I don’t get it.

The first cashier was super friendly and awesome, and then the second cashier to do the gift cards and tell her about the mug and the bathrooms was so like get the F out of my face. I don’t get how people can be so rude in this day and age in customer service.
