Sometimes the pizza is great, sometimes not so much. Last time I ordered delivery, the order was incorrect, and I was charged for an extra pizza(It was delivery). When it's done well, it's really good, though.

I came at this place to pick up the food and the guy in white t shirt with the beard was so rude and angry, he screamed at me "back up" "back up" for no reason, I was confused and kinda scared, I wasnt sure whats going on. Atmoshere and service 0 starts.

Taste great well made the gentleman on the phone was very nice told him what I wanted and told him I want a 20oz mt dew he said I can get you lunch special and save you some money and the delivery driver was very nice ask me if I wanted change I told him no you can keep and said thank you have nice by far 5 stars

Placed online order at 7:11pm and order didn’t arrive till 8:33pm looking like it was dropped as box was a mess with sauce. The pizza was doughy with large indents from clear mishandling during cooking. Overall very disappointed with how downhill this location seems to have gone.

I just got off the phone with a very young and inexperienced worker who screamed at me and insulted me and made me feel like my money. There is not good enough to be spent. I didn't like how he treated me. I didn't like how he left me on hold four different times and when I said to him I was on hold four different times. I had to call a different Vocelli's to talk to them which is the Scott township location And the guy kept asking me if the person I spoke to was foreign or American. I'm not sure why that even matters. Anyways. I will never order from there again when this kid is working there. He sounded like he was about 12 years old to be completely honest and I have never in my life been mistreated the way I just was. I asked to leave my information and he hung up on me before I could even do that to speak to a manager It's a shame how people treat regular paying customers these days!! I am pissed off right now and I'm ordering from another pizza shop. Because of this, I just want you to know the exact day I called which is 6/13/2024 and it was at 7:04 p.m. I had to call four times and I waited on hold for a very long period of time each time and I got treated like I was a nothing and anobody and my money meant nothing to him or my order apparently You guys need to get rid of this kid. He is bad for business. I don't know his name because he wouldn't give it to me!! ?

Ordered a steak hoagie and when I got it I was confused on if I ordered a steak hoagie or a veggie hoagie. The only thing visible was the lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and onions. I opened it up and there was barely any meat whatsoever. Been trying to find a spot that has a good steak hoagie ever since Campitis closed and Vocelli is just not the one.
