Ordered from our hotel room after a long day of driving and a late arrival to the city. Food was good and the delivery guy was really friendly. Even added plates and napkins since he knew we were at a hotel and wouldnt have that stuff. Good place.

I'm a loyal customer to this location, however, on Halloween I ordered at 4:30pm. At 6:30pm they still didn't show, I called this location 5 times and no one answered. The website wasn't taking any new orders and since no one was answering the phone, I figured the shop had to close emergently or something and I wasn't getting my order. Around 7:15pm they randomly show up and don't even have my full order. I sent them away as I already ordered from a different place and I was still charged.

I love their food, always have since I was a kid. Called dormont store (front Greentree mind you) they said call Scott. So I call Scott twp. And give them my address. They again say they can’t deliver to me. Sorry. I said hey wait dormont said YOUR store delivers to me…yeah you know what if you guys don’t want to sell me pizza then I won’t order it…ever. So, great food but they don’t care to sell it. I don’t know what else to say. Thanks for the bottom tier service, it’s not doing your food justice. Mind you both locations are inside five miles of my home. It’s a joke. Super rude on the phone in dormont too, attitude about calling. As if she was bothered I called. The phone rang 27 times in Scott before a person who barely spoke English answered it.

Vocelli’s in Dormont on W Liberty Ave is hands down our go-to spot— we work next door, but we don’t keep coming back just for the amazing food, but for the incredible people who make every visit feel like coming home. Kristen and Tony are absolute gems. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care have made them feel more like family than employees. Whether it’s remembering our usual order or just checking in with a smile, they go above and beyond every single time. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, but it’s the atmosphere they create that keeps us coming back. Kristen and Tony, you two are the heart of this place—thank you for everything!

I want to say that Jeff is an exemplary restaurateur in the area of Castle Shannon. He is one of the only people whose power stayed on during a storm today. Him and his staff were slammed with people for the night due to others being closed. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, and service to his pizza constituents! Give this guy a raise Vocelli’s!!!

The food was cooked but not enough red sauce on the pizza, and because it had very little red sauce you basically didn't taste anything else except the cheese and dough and toppings. Wasn't a good combination of everything.

I came to receive an order and the employee's treatment was very, very bad. He spoke in a bad way. I asked him not to talk to me in that way and he asked me not to come to the store again. What is wrong with what I said?

They gave the wrong item to the UberEats driver. When I called to get it sorted out, they told me they don’t have time to deal with it & refused to do anything. I spent $40 on breadsticks as a result.
