The past 3 times me and my boyfriend have went to this specific chipotle , it’s either they don’t have rice or they don’t have any protein and they try to make it better by giving us free chips… Like chipotle is a rice place how are you not gonna have it ???? and when we asked for a refund he told us to do it through the app but the app wouldn’t even let us? The guy (Mason) was really sweet about it all but doesn’t change the fact that u don’t have rice???

I recently visited the Chipotle in Douglassville for lunch with my daughter, and I left incredibly disappointed. Our meal came to nearly $50, which seemed high. Upon reviewing the receipt, I discovered I was overcharged for two sides of queso and one side of guacamole and chips.

When I approached the manager, Kathy, she repeatedly insisted that “it’s just the way it is” and that the prices had recently increased. However, after reviewing the online menu, it became clear that I had been charged for large portions, not sides. Kathy, who refused to provide her last name, was not only unhelpful but also rushed me away from the counter, directing me to call the 1-800 number for a refund—except my receipt didn’t even list that number.

Her refusal to acknowledge the mistake, along with her lack of professionalism, was frustrating. As a customer, I expected an apology and a resolution, not to be dismissed so abruptly. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially when the mistake was entirely on their end.
