Clara’s Custom Cakes did such an amazing job with my wedding cake! The cake was so beautiful and tasted AMAZING! We got a vanilla cake with Bavarian cream filling and vanilla buttercream. 100/10 would recommend ! I’m trying to come up with an excuse to order more cake. All of the guests absolutely loved it and haven’t been able to stop talking about it. Thank you so so much for making my special day absolutely perfect!

And this is why you stick with Publix. I specifically went in person to the shop explained to the man at the counter, whose name is John. I believe what I wanted. He walked me through how to order it online. He said don’t worry I got you clearly he did not have me because the cake I received look nothing like the reference photo which I showed him. The cake wasn’t even white for goodness sake. The only thing correct was that the inside was confetti cake I personally did not eat the cake but the birthday girl did say that the cake wasn’t even good. We could’ve made a better box cake. And for an $80 cake to not even get what you ordered is extremely annoying and then when the shop was contacted, I was told it’s not their job to remember every cake which is funny because they truly didn’t seem that busy but I digress. I specifically went to them because the reviews were good and they made a heart cake which Publix did not. I would’ve much rather have just gotten a round cake and it at least have fit the theme of the party.. It’s extremely hard to support small local bakeries when you can get a better product at Publix.

I love real buttercream frosting and finally found the bakery that makes it perfectly. Not overly sweet, the right balance of all ingredients. The cupcakes are light and yet dense. Cinnamon rolls were very good- again not overly sweet.
