Domino's Pizza

I ordered pizza and cheesy bread, 2 marinara cups and 2 blue cheese cups. from the Douglassville location. When the food arrived, The cheesy bread had spinach in it and the cheese wasn't even melted. The driver handed me 2 ranch cups, I told him I ordered blue cheese and marinara. He told me they were out of both and said the store would credit my order back with the money. I called the store and they told me there were no refunds and if I wanted a credit I would have to call another day when I ordered and tell them to credit me for the missing items?!?!?! How is this a way of doing business? Neve again. The standards of this store have fell dramatically.

There's no cheese on this pizza, the dough was just that raw. When we called to ask for a replacement they argued with us, no apology or anything. Brought us another pizza but it was way more difficult than it should have been for a completely raw pizza. Tried to eat it. Could make people sick! Would avoid this location!

Ok so 2 deliveries in a row have been terrible last time I ordered was around opening time took 45 past the time the pizza was done for it to leave for delivery because the driver was late… today he showed up to a cash customer with no change, obviously I will tip but not 15 dollars it’s crazy he said he would bring me change but I doubt it will happen.

if i could give 0 stars i would, they constantly forget sides and drinks and when asked to fix their mistakes you get nothing but attitude, i wont be ordering from here anymore.

Ollie’s friendly and kind, he makes good tasty food.

I ordered a green pepper, onion and sausage pizza for pickup. My mistake I didn't check before Ieft and they gave me pepperoni instead of green pepper. I called and was told I ordered pepperoni even though I don't even like it. Told me I had to drive it back (15 min drive in a rainstorm) didn't offer anything else. So lame. Whatever but ill never order from here again, I understand mistakes but he insisted it was my fault when it clearly wasn't. What happened to the customer always being right? Pshhhhhhhh on Dominos

they were very unprofessional asked for a ranch for 3 pizzas an gave an attitude they also gave me cold pizzas and hung the phone up in my face 0/10 never going again

Had to give 1 star!!!! Should be No star!!!! Not even worth it!!! Order from a real pizza place! Little Nicky’s and others!!! The fake gm was horrible and had no customer service skills!! 1hr and half and still no food!!!! What a great place to do business!!! The real gm needs to rethink his staff and hire better!!! If not this place will be closed soon for good!!!!!!

Wish i could give this zero stars. Waiting on call for over 30 minutes and ended up going into order my pizza. They kept answering and kept going back on hold. I went from 1st in line to 4th and back and forth. So sucky.
